Gerhart and Justin, I thought you should be aware of this "happening" re Roku. I have filed a complaint with them.
I was told by just answer I had to discuss by phone at a cost of 26$. Within a minute after putting my cc in, I was then told they couldn�t do the phone. I immediately got a fraud alert from my cc co. on this charge. I told just answer immediately to cancel.
I had to cancel that card today. Also learned they charged the card additional 46$.
This is the classic bait and switch and I�m very disappointed that you would be a party to it. I have a number of Roku units in my house and others work fine.

The individual helping me was not very personable and did not seem to care much for learning about the issue, but I did not mind. Upon picking it up, I was told that the price was going to be $45+ because "more work had to be done than expected" to diagnose the issue. Read more9/19-23. Jeremy and Gerhardt installed two TVs, a receiver, Sonos sound bar, network switch and successfully wired all related equipment. Both were extremely competent, intelligent and knowledgeable.
