Dishonest! I consigned designer clothing that they admittedly sold, however, they wouldn’t give me my payout because the clerk said it had been “to long” since it sold. This was after COVD and my husband and I had been in Colorado. My past experiences, both buying and selling were without problems but the new clerk/manager (who’s still there) was very rude when I asked why I couldn’t receive payment. Gave them about 20 evening wear pieces. They only had one on the floor when I visited later. I asked where all my pieces went if they didn't sell them They surmised "if not showing, they must have had stains on them, or something".
