Went to get International Delight French Vanilla creamer in half gallon size yet again NOT stocked...this has been going for over 6 months. I have to locate an employee to go to the back to get it. Yes they have it in the back BUT fail to keep out for customers. Asked a fe,male employee(working in area) who said she wasn't allowed to go back there so asked her to call someone and how long it would take. Her response well when I'm done I'll get to it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Found male employee working in area and he promptly went and got one for me. Meanwhile I called the store and asked for the dairy dept manager and said I was in the dept and needed a manager immediately but since I didn't tell the phone operator, Joyce WHY she hung up on me. REALLY??? I immediately called back and said I was still needing a manager but she hung up again. I wanted a manager in order to report the female for her total lack of customer service. Then went to fitting room area where the phone operator works and she promptly said not to threaten her...I did NO SUCH thing only requested a MANAGER but didn't tell her why...then went to customer service and a manager said it would be addressed.... BEEN TOLD THAT BEFORE SINCE HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS IN PAST ABOUT SAME ISSUE. While waiting on check out I called corporate office and made complaint too. When I got home I called INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT and informed them their product is NOT being stocked although always in back. Hopefully this will get the issue resolved and if not in the future I will ask for manager to go to the dairy dept and get it each and every time it is NOT in the case. Due to limited budget it is the cheapest place in town to get it or I would go elsewhere. WALMART CUSTOMER...
Read moreI was very disappointed in the customer service on my last visit. I knew what I wanted but couldn't find it. In total I stopped 5 people. All 5 sent me on a search by myself that lead to me never finding what I needed. I literally was sent from one end of the store to the other end and then told I went to the wrong place and sent all the way back yet again. I got so frustrated, I left and went to Walmart and made my purchase there. Normally the Lowes people show you were you can find things, maybe they have changed the way they do things. But I felt like I was troubling and unconvincing most of the employees. Two of the employees ended up taking calls while I was getting directions. To be fair, I don't know if it was business or personal but either way I felt like I was not important. I left very disappointed and frustrated. I'm not sure Lowe's will be on top of my choices the next time I need some home...
Read moreBass pro shop is where we were the store was nice some of the staff was nice but some were stuck up!!! Especially when the Bluegreen sales people in there keep trying to get us to buy a vacation presentation and we bought one last year and had a very bad experience. We paid $299.00 For a cabin and first off all we were suppose to pay the taxes when we got there well they charged us around $61.00 taxes and a maid service fee that was not told to us! And the cabin was haunted and someone tried to break in on us the second night and it wasn't even a Bluegreen cabin. So I told one of the women who kept trying to get us to buy what had happened and she said there's the manager so I did and he could have cared less...
