My wife and I are moving into a house nearby and we needed to upgrade our bed situation - as we've had our current bed since we got married almost 20 years ago. We thought we knew what we wanted (one of those online mattress/bedding companies that market themselves really well). That is where we entered Mattress Warehouse and found manager Leigh who welcomed us. We explained what type of mattress we wanted - sharing the idea of a premium one that was on the website. Leigh listened carefully and asked if we were open to explore options. With the amount of beds in the store, we were a little nervous that we'd have to lie on every bed only to come back to the one we entered the store for. We said we were open to explore options and she brought us to this special bed in the front corner of the store that was hooked up to a computer system to analyze the weight of various parts of our bodies as we laid on the bed - both lying flat on our backs as well as our standard sleeping position (we are both side sleepers). After a few minutes, the diagnostics were done, Leigh brought out a listing of the types of beds that would be best for our sleeping needs. After trying about 6 different beds, including the one that we thought we wanted, as well as using the pillows that Leigh suggested, we found the perfect mattress for our needs. We paired it with a luxury adjustable base. I wasn't worried about money, I'll be honest. I'm 45 and have had plenty of bad sleep in my days. We spend 1/3 of our lives in bed - regardless of how hard you push yourself at work/play/exercise/etc. good, quality rest is crucial for recovery. If you're not getting proper rest, you can't heal from the things that ail you. Throughout the entire process, we felt welcome in the store and able to ask ANY question that popped up in our heads about the process. Thanks to Leigh, my 8 month mattress journey is over! Let me just tell you, I was planning to buy a sleep number but after so much research and meeting Leigh I quickly learned I was about to make a huge mistake! I am a very indecisive hard customer lol! And Leigh was so patient with me not only was she patient, she educated me to the fullest, like I feel like I know so much now about mattresses and I feel good about my purchase from her, she took the time to call the smart life rep for me because I had questions, she was kind and took her time with me, she wasn't too pushy she was the perfect balance of a sales person and does it with passion! She checked on me after delivery and before, I felt like the red carpet was rolled out just for me. I've watched her with other customers snd she does treats everyone the same and cares to the fullest. I went to matress firm across the street and was lied to by April and Robby about my warranty on my last purchased. And they couldn't touch Leigh customer service, run away from that store anf comes see Leigh! You want be disappointed and ypu will feel good about spending money. She gave me suggestions on sheets pillows I means she's a 10 plus in my book. Ill be buying from her, here on out for needs! And sending family and friends. A guy name Graham attempted to help me but he didnt know as much as she did unfortunately, Leigh was out of the office, but I told him I'd wait for her because she is that damn good! A month ago I was shopping for beds online. After doing much research on the subject I was ready to visit a brick and mortar store so that I could touch and feel the products. Sure, there are many online shopping options available and buying a bed is a significant investment so I felt that it was well worth a visit. Having already in part decided on a style and manufacturer I chose Mattress Warehouse of Hendersonville because they are conveniently located and they carried my desired bedding manufacturers product.

When I arrived I wasn't sure what to expect because it has been so long since I have bought a bed. I was greeted by what turned out to be a patient, well informed and graceful manager named Leigh. Her bedside manner was relaxed and professional. I felt no pressure during the process and she didn't try to upsell me on exuberant options of which they have many. I ended up getting the product that I desired on the spot. The experience was smooth and expedient once the details were worked through. Delivery and setup of the bed was also professionally accomplished just a few days later.

I waited 30 days or so to leave this review because they offer that amount of time to try the purchase and return it for an exchange of equal or greater value within that time frame, so you could say that... "I had to sleep on it first." Having done so I can report that I am most pleased with their services which now provide me with the best nights rest that I have had in some time.
