Carolina Futons — Local services in Hendersonville

October 2022 We moved from out of state and needed some guest bedroom furniture. Because the bedroom is small we were trying to decide how to best utilize the space, When I saw the website for Carolina futons I decided to go to the store , and see how , and if futons had improved since my kids were in college. We have all slept on that awful bar that dug into your back all night long! I voiced my concerns to friendly and informative Brenda ,the owner, and she immediately set about showing me how much the design of the Carolina futon is focused on comfort and ease of use. We had our daughter stay with us this past weekend who has had many experiences sleeping on uncomfortable futons, in the morning she told us that except for the fact that we had talked and told her she was sleeping on the futon , she would’ve thought she was sleeping in a very comfortable bed!! You get what you pay for!! This futon was not cheap. But it is certainly ideal for a small bedroom where we converted It back to a seating area in a matter of seconds. My advice is go to the store yourself , lie down on the mattress ,look at the frames, Brenda is very friendly and can answer any of your questions. Great selection from less expensive to more expensive and great quality. My wife and I purchased their lower end futon for guests in our first room and we love the futon. It came with a 5 year warranty on the frame. It also came with a really nice mattress as well. We went with the cheaper full size mattress and we were very impressed with its quality. Last but not least, Richard and the other lovely lady that helped us were probably the nicest people in the planet and went out of their way to help us and to hold the futon for us. I checked Amazon and EBay and for what I paid I can assure you the quality of this futon definitely beats the quality of any futon online. Most of that is because the futons have to be marked up online to make up for the really expensive shipping. Shopping local was way better for my wife and I. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a futon....

Great service. Excellent product. My wife and I recently bought a queen size futon from Sims Futon Gallery in Asheville, and we were pleased with the entire process. Jake, their key sales guy, delivered exceptional go-the-extra-mile customer service, starting on the front end by helping us select the right futon frame, mattress, mattress cover and pillows that fit our preferences and budget, to doing the final delivery and set-up in our home. Jake showed us how the futon converts back and forth from a sitting couch to a bed, as I didn’t get the hang of it right away, but after his patient guidance I saw just how easy it was.
