We just had our son’s birthday party here this last weekend for the second year in a row and was disappointed with the staff this year. For the price we paid for a two hour party rental we should not have felt unwelcome by the young girl behind the desk. There was not a word said by her upon entering or leaving, other than her mentioning a $50 cleaning fee if we did not correspond with the rental agreement while my husband and I were setting up.
