I have been two the new place twice now and after last Tuesday not impressed. I asked if there was a drink menu and they told me no but we can make a lemon drop and a few other drinks so my friend and I just got lemon drops. Payed for our drinks and food and as we were going to find a table I thought I would look to see what kind of alcohol they had and the lady behind the bar told me you can go sit down we will bring you your drinks kinda rudely. We went and sat down and it took them 20 minutes or longer to get our lemon drops. We were watching them talk behind the bar and we also got our food before our drinks. Good was good but my lemon drop was really sour and tasted like hand sanitizer. One of the lady's came and checked on us and we told her my drink was gross so she put more simple syrup in it and never came back to see if that fixed it and it didn't. I am a server so if I would have seen that my Customer still was not drinking a drink I would offer her a different drink or give her the money back or offer a dessert I got offered nothing. And the lemon drop was tinny and it was $12. They definitely need to work on there customer service and being faster because when we went there was 3 table that already had food and one new table that walked in right before us so it's not like they were...
Read moreThis place has a top tier menu for delicious semi-casual dining. The problem is the dining experience for the customers. Delish - I mean this sincerely, I think the patio setup you have now is doing your business more harm then good. You may think that providing some seating is better than none, but the current patio setup condition is horrendous and may be losing you business. The experience is this: hanging fly catchers, a filthy old tarp tent, dirty old tables and chairs; trying to keep flies off your food constantly, cook staff repeatedly walking back and forth from the outside grill to the main entrance. This image and experience impacts the way customers perceive the quality of your business. I would recommend switching to Take-Out only until you can secure a new building that would provide a better dining experience. Even a clean picnic table with a shading umbrella would be better than the set up now. You could operate as take-out only and have these tables as options for customers to sit down and eat there. I am a BIG fan of the menu and I really wish this business well. I hope a new building with a matching dining experience is...
Read moreI had a wonderful time at Delish. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was impeccable. My dining companion and I both ordered soup and salad. The soup was served in a large bowl, but the portion size was quite small, perhaps only about a cup. Although the soup was delicious, the bowl seemed unnecessarily large. We also ordered a couple of appetizers. The feta and filo pastry was beautifully presented but unfortunately very salty. The egg rolls were no larger than a highlighter and were accompanied by various items such as lettuce leaves, basil, and a type of carrot slaw, which made the dish somewhat confusing. The filling of the egg rolls was tasty, but the overall experience was underwhelming. The total cost for two salads, two cups of soup, and two appetizers, along with lemon water, came to around $60. While the quality of the food was good, the quantity did not justify the price. Despite this, I must acknowledge that Delish is one of the more refined and fresh dining options in Hermiston. My companion and I intend to return, and I offer this feedback in the spirit of...
