Heidi’s Coffee — Restaurant in Hermiston

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service as well as the products itself. The girl at the window didn't smile one time. And seemed stressed as she was busy. I ordered a caramel frappe and a chocolate peanut butter frappe. Apparently if you do not specifically say you want Coffee in it, you don't get it, even though the menu advertised the size I ordered came with 2 shots of espresso for the Choc. Peanut butter frappe. They also do not use real peanut butter or a powder so what you get is a peanut butter syrup🤮. It tasted of chemicals and artificial sweeteners. I am pretty sure they used a cheap Hershey chocolate syrup as well. All around it was disgusting, low quality, and absolutely not worth the 15 minute wait or the money. I wanted to support a local coffee shop but I came here Tues 11am and a sign was put up saying "Be right back" waited and two barista's came back after waiting 5 mins. The coffee was made fast and delicious. I wasn't in a hurry this time so I didn't mind the wait. Wed 11 am and the note was up again. I waited for another 5 mins but no luck the round.
