Original review 11/6/23 on yelp.. I wish I could have given negative stars.. I'm really getting tired of coming thru drive thru and not getting what I ordered. I ordered 3 burrito Supremes, 1 nacho taco supreme, and a Pepsi.. my nacho taco supreme was only a nacho taco, so I paid for the supreme, but didn't get a supreme and none of my burrito Supremes had lettuce.. I mean thats crazy its like $5 each for those burrito Supremes . I paid almost $24 for my bill. I tried calling repeatedly over the last hour because I live in Irrigon.... And I didn't find out till I got home... but nobody will answer the phone.. called repeatedly!!
Update. I attempted to call them for almost 3 hrs all I got was ringing at it kept sounding like it would go to fax after that. Shame on them. Im done with this Taco bell! U guys need to get your things together because you're running a business like its your own personal clubhouse. I'm done if u guys are incapable of making what is ordered and then you do not answer the phone and ignore responsibility! What you are doing is stealing from your customers when they order something and do not get what they ordered.
11/13/23. * Update; went bk today and thought Ill give them 1 more chance ordered all my food and told the girl at the window what happened asked her to turn mine into a supreme as compensation, since they took my money and never received supremes for the previous order but she was rude instead, disrespectful, and she said I should have drove 15 miles back 1 way the same day to fix it. I told her I called over several hrs and she said they were busy and can't answer the phone but I should've called or spent more time to drive bk within 2 days to talk to them. Keep in mind that I tried to call.. over hrs and hrs… I do not live in Hermiston so I come to Hermiston when I can come.. What is wrong with this place. Nasty mean disrespectful staff.. and they never get your order right. Do not go!! If this is what they do, this is how they treat u.. and this is how they take responsibility.. Do No Go!!

Read moreThis is the worst Taco Bell location ever. Service is way too slow and sloppy. Every time I go through drive thru I’m in there for 30 minutes (even with just two or three cars ahead of you) and by the time I get home, my food is cold. I thought this was supposed to be fast food, not slow food. Ordering in the lobby is no better either. One time I had to wait nearly 45 minutes just to get my food and I could see the employees in the back goofing around throwing plastic cups and taco ingredients at each other. A lot of times I come here they’re often always out of ingredients like meat and cheese. Are you kidding me?! It’s bad enough when you wait a long time in drive thru just for them to tell you that, wasting your valuable time for your lunch break. The employees are also very unfriendly and unwelcoming and act like it’s a chore to serve you. And the times that they do get your order right, there’s always something wrong with it (burnt quesadilla, broken crunchy tacos, undercooked meat, etc.). This Taco Bell really needs to step up their service and quit hiring...

I had a large Mobile order ($42.29 to be exact), I gave the crew plenty of time to prepare it, went to pick it up, it looked “ok”, without me unwrapping everything in-store-- I thought I had everything I ordered. Wrong! I got home and I was appalled at the condition of everything I ordered. The Beefy 5-Layer Burritos (2) were missing most of the 5 ingredients, No Chicken in the Chicken Quesadillas, the (7) bean & cheese burritos were severely underfilled. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Ranch Burrito, didn’t even put it in the bag! I drove back down to TB and informed the counter attendant, they began making it right away, I wanted to order 2 add'l Crunchy Tacos & was directed to the KIOSK to place my order! WHAT NOW!? I saw six crew members working on orders, two at the POS stations and four making the orders.
