The worst bank I've ever been to. I've been with wells Fargo for 6 yrs and opened an account here to be closer to my bank but thankfully I kept my wells Fargo account because this place is terrible! Thee rudest bankers, all female I've delt with, none smile, not friendly and worst of all, they won't help me with anything! I've tried to cash checks but they won't cash any of them. One being from an insurance company for my vehicle getting damaged, hapo refused to cash it. Why? Because they don't recognize who is from? Well it's not a check I get on a normal basis! I have a driver's licence and an account! Nope... Multiple times I've been denied help and most of the employee's I've spoke to, almost made me feel as if they just don't like white people in general because other people were treated differently as I observed. I dislike this bank so much that I'm willing to drive 45 min to my bank in Kennewick. Clearly things need to change here because they've got 3 stars which I should've paid attention to before I wasted my time here. I gave it a chance but after being treated horribly twice, I'm done! I give it a big 0 star! My husband has an account here and couldn't believe how poorly we got treated when he came in with me. I asked him to come in with me and observe how they treat me and he's decided he's actually going to leave this...

Hapo overall has been good to me and I will continue to use them However the last auto loan I got from them has been a little bit unfortunate. Getting the loan was great it was last minute and they did there best to work with me. Except I was told by two loan officers (of course before the loan was finalized) that I would receive 1000 towards this new auto and that they already have the request in and supposed already checked in with who they needed. A month passed and I refinanced it still did not hit so I asked and was assured that it would. 3.5 months still did not hit so I finally checked in again and was now told it will not apply because I bought gap from my previous totaled vehicle from a third party. Totally understand how that works just unfortunate I was told something else before the loan was finalized and was assured not to worry about it and now it is to late to file that on the other third party gap insurance. Normally they are super friendly and nice however occasionally like this morning you get a banker whom feels the need to put someone down and make them feel bad! The open lady was so rude just glad she wasn't the one that ended up helping me! I normally don't mind the bankers they are typically helpful and nice however that one lady really had to personally give me grief for moving a cone when I watched the tube working and open sign above come on. She gave me hard time for moving cone and pulling forward! Not helpful or nice! The gentleman that helped me though was nice...
