Summary: DIRTY/NOT HYGIENIC BAD GEL POLISH JOB BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (BLAMED CRAPPY SERVICE ON ME!!) where to start....first of all, i called and the guy on the phone told me it wasn't busy so i could come in and not have to wait (i was on my lunch break). I get there and there is a line and i had to wait 20 minutes. second, when they finally called me, there was a dirty towel on the table where she started filing my nails. there was powder from all the filing of the person before me. DISGUSTING!!!! the woman did my nails with the color i chose. after she did the first coat of color (2nd coat of polish), i noticed that she left blank spaces at the edges of my nail but i figured ok i can deal with that. after the 2nd coat of polish i noticed she left polish on the skin in some places. She started telling me that i would be the last to use that color (cuz it was running out). i'm like ok that's great i get the last of the color i want. yay! NOT!! she was done with the manicure and i noticed it was ALL STREAKY!! that is not normal, right? i didn't say anything on the spot because i don't usually get my nails done so i don't want to make a big deal of something that maybe isn't. well my coworkers agreed that it was really badly done. i called to complain and the woman blamed it all on me! that i should have told her; and that she told me it was too thick because only a little was left, but i still wanted that color so she had to try hard (she never told me it was too thick, only that it was running out); she also said that I was rushing her (because i asked her 1 time how much longer i had to leave my finger in the thing...the last finger because she had to fix it already cuz i asked her to where the nail polish was on the skin). all in all, horrible service and not hygienic. i will be calling my credit card to cancel the charge. i would never recommend this place to...

I am so disappointed. I had a hectic week and wanted a little self-care. Walked in and was greeted warmly. Sat for pwdicure right away. I asked got hotter water bc the woman had it start as cold. I said regular pedicure. The tech said you need gel. I said No thank you again and her handling became rough. I had to say something about her being rough with the clippers. Another tech came over and said she would said on my nails for an acrylic set- no gel. I said that at least 3 times & it was offered at least 7 times. I asked for the photo included below. I showed both pics for shape reference, but look at what I received. She was filing and buffing them into this shape. There is residual acrylic under my thumb, nail polish is clumpy and smudging. She said Gel doesn’t do this. Change the color at home if you dont like it later! OPI is a quality polish unless it is old. These nails are sharp, uneven and I SPOKE up. According to the tech, she couldn’t do the manicure line if it wasn’t gel polish. 80$ later, I am pissed and did not get a selfcare experience I hoped for. I will update bs I am planning to go back...

USE EXTREME CAUTION!!! This business DOES NOT clean chairs or nail tech stations after each customer, nor do they ask you to wash your hands before they service you. There is a plastic barrier at some stations but they are absolutely filthy & appear as though they have not been cleaned in quite some time. As well as the overall appearance of the salon it could definitely use significant revamping (paint, design, etc.) and some serious dusting/cleaning. As for my experience, I was a brand new customer so I made an appointment for an acrylic full set & pedicure. All in all, I was satisfied with both services performed & the customer service right until when I went to pay I noticed the prices I was charged did not reflect what was on their sign. At first my total was $70 but then before she rang it up she changed it $80 & said she made a mistake. I didn’t ask but it was very disappointing. My nails also barely lasted two weeks.
