Horrible experience with the owner, she is very rude when it comes to returns so be careful when you are buying (they are super nice when you are buying). She greeted me very pleasantly but as soon as I mentioned “return”, she frowned, and it started. A few days ago a sales person confirmed over the phone that I could return the shoes after I tried them at home and the shoes were uncomfortable, but when I got to the store the owner told me the shoes have been worn and are not returnable. I explained that shoes were tried at home not at studio, and I was told I could return them, but she kept repeating she could not take them back. I said “Jesus Christ” and she told me to watch my language and leave the store. Leave the store for saying Jesus Christ!!! Anyway, I won’t be doing any business with this store anymore, and I would not recommend this...

I had a wonderful experience here. While the store is small, it is well organized, with a good selection, and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I was greeted and helped promptly, and attentively. We were shopping for my daughter's up coming dance class. They were excellent with her, and made getting the right size for shoes and clothes simple. Without the help of the staff, I would have been lost. The prices were reasonable and competitive. They even offer a optional service to help track your sizes for future product purchases, which is extremely useful if you are a parent of a growing child. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy dance apparel. I know I will be back for...

That's really funny because I've recently switched to Virtisse shoes and never had a problem with them. You were fairly called out by them on instagram so please stop embarrassing yourself :)

In regards to your reply: excuse me, is this how you talk to people? Right now you are spreading lies on social media, and I want all your clients to be aware of your inappropriate behavior. I have every right to rate your store because this is my opinion on your unethical business practices. Your nonsensical reply doesn’t make you look any better in people’s eyes.
