Mr.Pepperoni Pizza — Restaurant in Herndon

I am a customer that has been using you alls service for 20 plus years. My husband ordered 2 gyro platters and requested fries, we were not aware that it came w chips due to use of a coupon.

The manager or whoever commented under my husband's post about the situation felt we didn't have the money. Mistakes happen and as a business we were not asking that your honor the fries. We have gotten food from you all using coupons as well as not using them. And he commented under a customers post stating you didn't want to pay is assuming they didn't have money.

With your lack of professionalism and courtesy you have lost long coming customers. Yes we are only 2 customers but we also have family and will encourage them to spend their hard earned money at an establishment that will not be offended from a customer review and honor their opinions of what took place.

You never know what someone is going through in their personal lives and simple courtesy goes a long way. You never mentioned how to make the situation better you just projected your own feelings under the previous review.

We will use the establishments that still have the thoughts that customers are always right as that is how your business can stay afloat.

When we pulled in the parking lot there was a guy was Smoking a Cigarette in front of the store, as we got out of the car and headed up the steps to the entrance he he finished his Cigarette and followed us into the store. He then went behind the counter to to take our order. He took our order for wings. We asked him if he was the owner and he said no he wasn't and that he was the Store Manager. He never washed his hands or used the hand sanitizer that was sitting right on the counter in front of him, he touched money and then proceeded to make the order; I watched him very closely as the wings were pre bagged and he did not touch them with his hands. However, he then began to make a pizza that someone called in. He spread the pizza dough and bare handily put toppings on the pizza. The main issue was the Store manager coming in from smoking, taking money and then making food, without washing his hands or using gloves...

Today I made a order, it was two gyro platters with French fries originally. I ended up changing my mind unfortunately at the last minute. Both gentlemen who was on duty BOTH were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, BOTH ACTED EXTREMELY POOR IN TASTE. never will I spend another dollar with this location....... use to be top notch......... to the owner who just replied to my review..... sir listen I don't know what you or the other older guy was going through tonight, fact of the matter is that AS A PAYING CUSTOMER WHO FREQUENTS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT, I AS THE PAYING CUSTOMER COUPON OR NOT I AM INDEED ALLOWED TO CHANGE MY MIND AND OR MY WIFE WHO IS A PAYING CUSTOMER AS WELL HAS THE OPTION TO CHANGE HER MIND! . what a great way to treat customers that show loyalty and support, best customer service is always and will forever be word or mouth...
