Until the older lady with the attitude problem is either gone or improves her tude, I’m done with this store. She had an attitude problem in July at the KOC early premier and again today at the December early premiere. No welcome , no thank you for shopping, just pushed my bag to me. If you ask her a question, you have to repeat yourself several times and she gets huffy. When I asked about 2 ornaments, she rudely asked if I was a KOC member and snatched my paper. “I’m keeping this”. I wouldn’t be there today if I didn’t have early access. The Oct/Nov visits were more pleasant cause I didn’t have to deal with her. After today, I’ll be making my purchases at the local pharmacy that offers Hallmark instead. They were more than accommodating and pleasant when I inquired. Went straight from Banners to there and got what I wanted...

I love this store, their employees are always friendly and very helpful. I always end up staying longer than I intend to just looking at different things and usually buy extra cards. I love the free card and the point system. I visited this store today to buy cards. I needed to buy 8 cards. Jean, one of the employees immediately ask me if she could help me. I told her the kind of Mothers day card I needed, she found the perfect one for me, also sympathy cards, and birthday cards. She found everyone and also checked me out. I saved $10.99 with my coupons and the free card. I will be going back in July. Thanks Jean, I got out alot quicker...

At Store #1817 in Hickory, NC, I had a very pleasant experience while shopping there. First, I could not reach an ornament that was on the bottom shelf in the back, and Amanda Chatman assisted me getting down on hands and knees to reach the ornament for me. Secondly, I was looking for a 100-year-old birthday card, which wasn’t available; however, Mallie Tucker went above and beyond finding me a card that had stickers on it which could be used for any birthday. Both girls were extremely helpful and friendly, making for an enjoyable shopping experience. ...
