As soon as I got to the register the first thing the cashier told me was that there was no tapioca. Which is fine I wasn’t going to order anything with tapioca but the way he said it was rude. Then I proceed to say “I was going to ask about your icecream” and he responds with “nope” which clearly meant there wasn’t any icecream to sale but again saying it in a rude manner. And again how is there no icecream to sale at an icecream shop?! Then he proceeds to tell me that he was too busy anyways bc a doordasher was otw. It just seemed like he didn’t want anyone ordering anything bc he gave off the same attitude to a pair of people who were in front of me. My mother put a review on here telling the truth about how they actually serve. But they deleted it. I don't think the staff is trained enough. They don't know what goes in their rolled ice cream at all they are not consistent shapes making it hard to eat and melts everywhere. Not to mention my mother ordered hers with chocolate ice cream but they only have a vanilla base. They waited til the ice cream was frozen before they put the chocolate syrup in. I ordered a honeydew milk tea with no tapioca pearls but they put them in anyways. Overall it was a bad experience and I'll stick with going to toasted and rolled a much better rolled ice...

I’m visiting from out of state and decided to give this place a try today because there aren’t many boba places around in the area & I regret buying anything from here. I ordered the Thai special boba tea and all it tastes like is regular milk tea that is so sugared up that you can’t even distinguish any other taste. The workers acted like they didn’t even want to work. Also, they didn’t even mix my drink up good so I was basically drinking clumps of powder with every sip that I took. Wasted $8 for a drink that I didn’t even finish. If you’re ever craving for a boba tea in the Hickory area, do yourself a favor and...
