Me and my mother went into the store, spent over 2hrs picking out furniture. We told the sales lady the main thing we were in there for was a mattress and box spring and then a bedroom set to go with it. When I looked over the invoice, the next day, I realized the sales lady did not even include the mattress or the boxspring on our invoice so, even though we spent 30 minutes sitting on every mattress, picking out the perfect one and then deciding to get furniture after we pick the mattress, she never even put the mattress/box springs on the invoice so here I am thinking the total price included. Everything but upon further inspection she never even sold me the bed and box spring that I picked out so price jumped up significantly from what I originally agreed to. Then the delivery date was set for about a week out on a tues so I took a day off of work. They called me that day and said we don’t have enough drivers people are sick, I understood..was told need to reschedule to Thursday, which was two days later. So I took another day off of work. They called me that day and said well we still had a driver out we need to reschedule again. I am a manager of a restaurant I can’t keep doing this so I demanded they bring the furniture and drop it off. This has been going on for over 2weeks, I missed 2 days of work. I even said I will help unload the truck if I need to. Long story short furniture is delivered. There’s no instructions they just drop it off. He asked me where I wanted the furniture. I told him the driver told me no I was incorrect that my bed should be in a different location and proceeded to drop off the furniture where he thought it should be. I asked for instructions he said there are none so I tipped him $30 to at least help me make some notes to get started but when we begin to try and attempt to put the furniture together, we realized that the headboard and footboard were missing brackets so then we had a call Lindys again ask they plz drop off the brackets, we get those we go to put the bed together I am missing six bolts main bolts that are required to attach the rails that hold the headboard up so I have to go to 3 different hardware stores on my own because there’s no point going back and even asking them to help me. Thank u IGA in sherrills ford for actually helping me and found the bolts myself then googled instructions and paid somebody to help me put it together. I’ve had better experiences at big lots. I feel like if you spend $3500 you should get a little bit better service. To sum it up in one word.....
   Read moreI bought my 4 piece sectional during Black Friday week 2022 and paid in cash. I just moved into my brand new home. I repeat my newly built home. The very next day they delivered the sectional and left a hole in my floor three by four in. wide. I emailed David and finally got a hold of him 2 weeks later. He offered to reimburse my delivery fee of 105 that they expected me to use for repair. I can only assume this is to glue down my floors. I asked how I can file a claim to get my floors fixed properly for my new home. Still no response. The delivery guys argued that the quality of my home build was poor. They even signed the receipt and initialed next to the comment where they wrote in, they ripped the hole in floor. Pictures attached.
Absolutely worst customer service with no accountability. I did not pay almost 2.5K for furniture for them to ruin my floors which will take same if not double the amount for repair to new condition. So, frustrated. I would not recommend...

We came to purchase this couch in early October and was told by the lady who sold it to us that it would be in mid to late November. We got absolutely no updates in regard to when it was coming in so we called the first week of December to ask about it and they told us it would be on the truck of the next week. We then called the next week and got told the same thing. So once again called the next week and got told the same thing, when we voiced our frustration about not being updated on when it’s coming without calling first we got hung up on which was SUPER disappointing because we were very friendly about being frustrated because we knew it was up to the warehouse on when it would come in. We gave it 2 weeks until we called again and it then came in the next week finally. They did eventually apologize for our wait.
