The absolute WORST shopping experience I've ever had. In store, Karen was great but once we spent multiple thousands of dollars on a single piece of furniture and walked out of the store - I have to assume we were forgotten about completely.
We were quoted 6 weeks for delivery. It's been almost 6 months. I completely understand manufacturing and things get delayed but that's where communication comes in. We were not called, even once, without first reaching out to them for updates. Keep in mind we weren't pestering them for delivery, we always gave them a week OVER the time they quoted us before reaching out in hopes they would take some initiative and contact us.
6 weeks turns into 6 months At 7 weeks in, we call to ask and we're told it'll be 6 more weeks 7 weeks later, we call again to ask and we're told it'll be 2 more weeks We wait 3.5 more weeks and reach out to them and we're told they have the furniture (this was this past wed.).. We weren't called!? We're told Wed. evening they'll call to schedule delivery targeting this weekend. Sounds great.. They call at 6:30pm yesterday (Thursday) and inform us they're delivering the furniture today (Friday) at 8am. WHAT!? Can't be cancelled, it's loaded on the truck already..
I'm writing this at 6:30am today (Friday) because I have some extra time on my hands, I've taken half a day off work and cancelled meetings to be home for this impromptu delivery. Unbelievably horrible experience dealing with this company and the staff over the phone. Not only do we feel this experience has been the polar opposite of pleasant, I've actually lost money taking time off work and cancelling meetings the day of at 6am because of all this.
At this point we're not even going to reach back out to them since they've wasted enough of our time, they're rude and we feel that nothing would come of it anyway. Avoid our mistakes, avoid this store and it's partners "Heritage...

The salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly and understood what we were looking for. All the sales staff was friendly, but I would highly recommend asking for Joseph. The quality of the furniture is unsurpassed and he took the time to show us that quality. Joseph even helped us pick out fabric, color, and pillow options, spending as much time with us as we needed. Ordering a custom made couch had me concerned about costs, but the pricing was very fair and we got a great deal. Shipping was coordinated thru J&L, and those guys rocked it too. Read moreWe just picked up our bed and were told a new story of why it was late. We were told a new story of why they sold the floor model of the bed to someone else. We picked our bed up and brought it home to find out it is the completely wrong bed! It is the wrong size and just a completely different bed than what we ordered! We had to return the box springs they loaned us so our new mattress wouldn’t be on the floor. Now our mattress is on the floor and still do not have a bed that was supposed to be here in December!! Evidently some people here do not know how to verify their orders. I am going to attempt to return every piece of the bedroom set and go somewhere else.
