Check your bag before leaving! Had to drive back to Chick-Fil-A to inform them they were missing one of my meals. I called multiple times, pressed zero for operations and no one comes to the phone. It goes straight to their voicemail. Pulled up to the window as instructed to inform the manager of my missing food and I could tell by his initial demeanor he did not believe me. I don't like how he asked me multiple times what I was missing and I told him I'd like hot fries since the ones I did have already had gone cold. After analyzing my receipt up and down and questioning me suspectfully, he took my cold fries (but the way he did it was like he didn't believe me) and told me to pull to a parking spot out of the driveway and they will bring me my missing food and hot fries. This manager, he NEVER APOLOGIZED for the error nor did he offer anything like a free sandwich or fries in the future. Did he ever consider that the first time I ordered I spent about 10 min waiting in their drive-thru, completely got to my destination and had to come back after I noticed the missing food!! Read moreThis is the WORST Chick-Fil-A in Richmond. I have tried so many times to not write this review, but I don't know what else to do. I rarely have a great experience when I visit this store. My order is always wrong and none of the employees seem to care or they catch an attitude when I bring the error to their attention. Recently, I visited this location one morning on my way to an appointment and placed an order via the mobile app. Received a notification that my food was being brought to me, but it never arrived. After 10-15 minutes of waiting I notified one of the staff members that I had to leave because if I waited any longer I would be late for my appointment. She said "OK, I'll tell them to cancel your order and we will credit you". I called the store as I was leaving the mobile pick up area and left a voicemail requesting a manager call me back regarding the situation, to date, August 10, 2021 NO CALL BACK OR REFUND. Read moreAs I pulled into the drive through my initial thought was this was going to be a run of the mill walk through h-e double hockey sticks if you catch my drift. But then out of the corner of my eye I saw the sun reflect off the beautiful mop on his head that he calls hair. I waited for the elegant man to finish taking the order of the car in front of me. As he strutted to my car I rolled down my window with nothing but pleasure. I couldn’t take my eyes off his rosy cheeks and gorgeous smile. He said “my pleasure” even though I hadn’t thanked him. Even with some initial confusion as to why he was saying my pleasure I couldn’t help but notice how it rolled off his tongue with ease and grace. I peered at his name tag and saw “Cody.” I still can’t get over how well his name sums up his shaggy beard and ruffled hair. Even as I drive away I can’t help but hate that we have to part but love that we could meet. The service Cody provided me was a level above amazing. It. Was. Cody.
