Five Guys — Restaurant in Highland Springs

The manager Leo corrected an order that was messed up on a different date.He was kind,understanding,soft-spoken,respectful,understanding,attentive.On 5/29 he corrected the order and this experience was the best I've ever experienced @ Five Guys.After my issue I wasn't giving then my business anymore but upon encountering Leo and his exceptional managerial skills and genuine care for his customers and accuracy of orders and hot food items I will definitely be going back to Five Guys S.Laburnum location.Thank you so much for your hospitality,if there were managers that cared half as much as you the fast food business could really take off thanks for not slacking nor laking in any of your duties this day.Youre the epitome of a Great Manager! I'm pretty furious that I just paid almost $20 for a meal I could have gotten from burger king and received more food for less money. If I could give zero stars I would. Smh I'm a regular customer to the Woodbridge, VA Prince William Parkway location; and the food is outstanding with huge portions, making it WORTH paying almost $20 for. I walked into this location at South Laburnum Avenue; and after waiting for the girl to finish flirting with the guy on the grill for 8 minutes, I received my SMALL burnt cold not Cajun regular priced fries and burger. Smh I actually love Five Guys, but I'll never return to this location again. I should have known when I didn't notice a large crowd or line like the Woodbridge, VA locations. My experiences are mostly based on my delivery pickups when I'm working on the doordash app as a delivery driver. They are normally friendly and attentive when I walk in to pick up an order. I never have to wait very long for my order to be prepared. Sometimes the order is prepared as far as the burger when I get there or it's almost completed. Any milkshakes or drinks or fries are started after I arrive so that they are fresh for the customer which is a very good thing and very few restaurants ever do that so that is quite unique and impressive.
