I give places multiple chances before I leave negative reviews like this. This location is one of the worst I have ever been to as a frequent chain customer. First and foremostly, it is obvious that they are both chronically understaffed and that the employees there care more about gossiping with eachother than they do customers. Its a 50/50 shot to see if your food or drink is made correctly- smoothies with incorrect ingrediants happened multiple times and they will miss stuff you tell them and sometimes even if you order it from the app. Half the time my smoothies tasted like bubble gum- bad ingrediants or just incorrectly made? I threw them out to be safe. The worst is the food- expect it to be burnt and the Quesidias to be made with either next to no cheese or to have chicken put in without the add-on (vegetarians beware at this location). The last two times they have run out of straws, and they refuse to send straws with their online orders. Lines are often long and I have had to wait 20 extra minutes beyond my order timeframe to get a single smoothie. The place clearly reeks of poor management- both in terms of personnel and supplies. I did not get my full order and I alerted the delivery driver she said "that's all they gave me" got a nice tip and marked my order complete. Tried calling the store direct no answer after like 3 attempts. Called corporate they said someone would follow up haven't heard back yet. My order was nearly $30 incomplete and this is unacceptable because this is not the first time this has happened. I am trying to continue to give Tropical Smoothie my business because I actually like the healthy alternative to fast food but I am starting to reconsider. Finally I was asked was I waiting on a pick up and I said no I came in and placed an order and wanted my money back at that time because it shouldn't take this long. He looks in the cooler and finds my order and said she called your name which she didn't because I can hear very well. Apparently she said Dom because that was the name on my ticket and I don't go by that so why would I answer to it.If my name was Nicole would she say Nick. I'm sure they wouldn't.
