2 days ago I placed an order! My family fry was a small fry in a large box,I was missing 4 pieces of chicken and my potatoes were not a large size either! I called to the store to speak to a manager to report the issue! A young man answered the phone and I asked if I could speak to a manager. He said “The manager is Buddy what you need?” I began to tell him and he said “well he busy”! So I asked his name and he hung up on me! I called back twice before anyone answered the phone! So a female answered finally I asked if she was a manager, she shared that she was a shift manager/lead! I asked for her name which she shared, it started with a J. I explained to her what happened and I asked who answered the phone and hire many guys were there that day! She said 4i asked for their first names no need for the last! She paused but put the manager on the phone! I shared with him what happened he stated to me that the young boy name was Demond/Damon! He said that he would write him but make sure I report it. This location has some rude employees! I constantly have issues at this location. Whether it’s the workers or the food! For instance today,2 rude customers were here they asked the cashier if she could make substitutions with a coupon. The cashier responded nicely saying she’s not sure but she can ask her manager! Which she responded correctly! The daughter to the customer got nasty and told the cashier that will go off and slap her. The cashier responded with why because I said she couldn’t switch her chicken? This girl was so rude and disrespectful for no reason! The customer kept threatening this cashier so she walked around the counter and asked what she wanted to do! The manager went to grab the cashier and she told him not to touch her so he said clock out because tire fired! My problem with this is, where was he while this cashier was being disrespected and was being threatened? Why was it ok for his cashier to be embarrassed and pushed to the limit? Where is his loyalty to his employees when they’re being mistreated? it’s a very sad situation because all they worry about is making money, not the people putting in the sweat and hard work behind the did that’s making the money! I was a manager and never will I allow any of my workers to be humiliated or add to the humiliation when dealing with rude people! Y’all have to do better! News Flash: The customers are NOT always right remember that! Let’s see how they handle this Damn person that clearly don’t care...
Read moreI had to change my review due to the extemely poor service I have received today, and months approaching. There is 1 manager in particular that didn't want to disclose his name that went on a full power trip when my order was disgracefully inaccurate (missing half my items, 2 things wrong, and sauces even wrong/missing). Not only did my mobile order say it should be done by 5:27, I got there at 5:38, and still waited 14 minutes, I also received backlash when calling back up there (manager hung up on me, tried to call me out about the food I was missing, and belittle my experience in a "take it or leave it" attitude). At the end, he refused to give me thefood, coerced me to use the app to get a "refund" (in the app and not back on my card) then say I couldn't reorder thru him bc I was upset that it would take another 45 minutes to get my food on this new order when they messed up on my first order. Completely disorganized, no customer service decorm, and was gaslighting me the whole time. If you see him in store BEWARE! Tall man, lightskinned, long dark hair in a ponytail, slim built, and Northern accent (like New York). Like I stated, he didn't want to give me his name to make a formal complaint, and I want to make sure people stay clear from this establishment. Last time it was an arguement over giving me unsweet tea, then saying I can get something else, but when I asked for lemonade instead (another mess up on their part), he hollers about having to pay a price difference bc they didn't have what I ordered and can't give me that drink as a comp (never ending cycle). Go somewhere else, it's not worth it. Side note: he banned me bc I called the police to mitigate the situation, and banned my husband for asking for his name (example of his power...
Read more2 trips in a row, bad experiences.
Trip 1, late June, we ordered thru the app so all we should have had to do is run in, get our food, and go home. The food took over 30 minutes, multiple customers came, ordered and went while I stood there waiting. I was about to cancel my order when they finally said it was ready. My wife ordered a combo for me which said it came with a drink, however, I only saw one cup on the counter. I did not see my sweet tea. I brought it up and was told adamantly my order did not come with a sweet tea. There was no offer to help me further, no attempt to make up for the 30 minute delay, nothing. Instead, I, get shafted on my drink. It had been a long day, we were close to home after a long road trip and were so tired that I just said "F it" and took our food home.
Trip 2 -early July, our order came with a few sides and was supposed have spicy chicken. The chicken was NOT spicy AT ALL. It was blander than bland. Three of our sides had cracks in the lids and were spilling out - we had not been rough with our food before removing the bags so we looked closer - ALL lids had a half-moon shaped breaks in them as of a whole stack was damaged. They must have just decided to send out the food with these damaged lids, sticking us with the mess. Lastly, I ordered SWEET TEA - AGAIN! Get the food home to find out it was the most bland, watered down tea - and low and behold - NOT SWEET AT ALL!!!
Plus, the staff did not offer and never gave us utensils, condiments, or napkins during either trip to this location on S. Laburnum Ave.
Seriously, after spending over $60 on two visits to feed our family of 4, we will NOT go back to this location. These people are the absolute WORST - dishonest, lazy, take NO pride in...
