Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

Was in drive thru Saturday the 3rd around 1 pm. My casa chalupa which I wanted to try for the first time and tacos looked and taste like it was thrown together with no love and were made sloppy. Shells all broken up and tasted old like it was put in the microwave after sitting. I asked for a half and half sweet and unsweet tea plenty of ice and I got real sweet syrupy tea hardly no ice and requested for another one to be made better and still got the same thing so I just said forget it! they can't seem to follow those instructions. Maybe I should have requested just unsweet tea and add a tad bit of my own sugar. I didn't care for the drive thru cashier's attitude also. She immediately dismissed me cut me off and slammed the window in my face when I was requesting for something else and I got a family of 7 with 5 kids and got no taco sauce nor I got offered. Just the service was horrible. I even threw my food away wasted money. Will never ever come to this location again. I knew I should have went to the one on my side of town instead of this one. This location normally has great service. This time, the order was wrong, despite the receipt being correct. I didn't even realize until I got it home. Also, I overheard the cashier ask someone to change out the Baja Blast. Took a sip of the Baja, and it was mostly carbonated water. The syrup ran out. When I went back to get the order corrected, they wouldn't just take care of it by letting me in the lobby. They made me wait in the drive-thru line a second time. The young lady working the drive-thru had a pretty poor attitude about it. I also asked for a refill of the Baja Blast, but was told it was out. So instead of initially telling me that it was out the first time, they opted to just give me a poorly flavored drink. The manager who I dealt with my second time in line at the payment window was at least pleasant during all this. I work in retail, so I understand that things happen. But just be honest and upfront. I been to this Taco Bell multiple times and tonight the customer's service was terrible. A employee said to her co worker "what is he staring at" um I'm staring at you because I been waited on my food for 10 minutes!!!! Then her co worker looked at me smilin not sure he was on drugs or not, defintely not normal at all. Then I went up to him and I told him " Where is my food at? I been sitting at the table for 10 minutes." He said "we are making it." I told him "Yall better make it quick or give me my money back!" Then one of her co workers came up to me and to see my receipt then gave it to her and she asked me what's the name on the order. I told her "you have the receipt!" Then her co worker laughed. I don't find it nothing funny about that at all. I find it stupidity not doing yall's jobs right! Get it right! We won't have any issues!!!! Then she gave me extra stuff and I walked out. Last time coming to this Taco Bell location. Absolute joke....
