It really takes a lot for me to take the time to write a negative review and I will usually just let a bad experience go and move along but after my third rude and unprofessional experience I feel compelled to share. Everyone can have a bad day and come across a little crotchety once in a while but the sales associates here as well as the owner are simply rude and obviously ungrateful to their patrons. Six months ago I made a custom order of 2 beautiful chairs but needed them in the ātime-frame promisedā of 6 weeks. After 8 weeks rolled by with no word I called to inquire the status as I was on a deadline. I was told they were back ordered. The shorten the story, 12 weeks later I called to cancel the order with the understanding that I would likely end up with a store-credit for my down payment, which I was fine with. I was told that I would still have to either purchase these chairs or pay a 30% restocking fee bc they would return them. I went to the store in person to find my chairs on the floor for sale not having been returned. So I would paid a 30% fee of $1200 to ānot returnā the chairs back to company ordered from. Anyway, I ended up buying them anyway. Today, I retured to the store with friends to spend a gift certificate we received as a wedding gift. We were sitting in a chair to see if it was comfortable as my friends are building a house and want a house full of new furniture. The owner herself approaches my friend and says āI need you to moveā! He was in her way. No other words, just move. She was so incredibly rude!!!! I do not even want to darken the doors to spend my $1000 gift certificate!!! Totally unprofessional and just simply RUDE!! I donāt understand how they have such a great biz! I guess itās only because the owner has great taste in decor but certainly not...

Bonus! I approached the cashier's area to pay for my item and 3 ladies were busy staring into their computer screens. I stood there for about a minute. Count. 60 seconds. - when the lady I was closest to said that it would be a minute without looking up. Eventually, the lady furthest from me asked if she could help. I stated that I wanted to pay for my item. She rang me up, bagged my bowl, and handed it to me and went back to her computer screen. No "Thank You's," "Have a nice day." Nothing. I don't crave small talk. But, the people at this lovely store lack BASIC...
