I love Rosenthals and I'll tell you why. It's an upscale store with very expensive designer merchandise but the staff is so down to earth and friendly. They never make you feel anything but welcome. I recently purchased a beautiful pair of Michael Kors booties that were several hundred dollars even on sale...they have a great after Christmas sale where they slash prices....and first time I wore them the bottom of my heel came off! I was disappointed so I called Rosenthals and they immediately sprang into action. They asked me to drop my shoes off next time I was in Highlands which I did a week later. They shipped my shoes to their shoe repair in Florida and then shipped them to me in Atlanta with both heels resoled. Unfortunately it was too big for her, so I decided to attempt to return it after Christmas but only to be told they have a “7 day return policy” with no exception and this is usually when retailers provide additional time for returns due to the holidays. I would steer clear from purchasing anything from this store, now I will have to figure out another way to trade in or sell my purchase and get what remaining purchase I made. However, a couple months ago I noticed when I shopped alone without my fiancé (as a young woman in her 20s) I was treated completely differently by the main older woman who was so kind to me in the past.
