I enjoyed how you could smell all of the teas, spices and sugar mixes. I haven’t tried any of the items that I have bought yet, but I imagine that they will be good because you get to smell them. The reason that I’m giving them three stars is because there’s one girl who works there who in my opinion is extremely rude and snobby. I went into the store with my children, and my one son was looking at a tea bottle and the rubber part fell out of the bottle cap. She walked over without waiting to see if he fixed it and was so rude and pretty much yanked the rubber part out of my hand and told my son to give it to her. She was like “what happened” in a very annoyed rude voice. It was easily fixable and wasn’t broken. It also was not my child’s fault and there was no reason to be so rude. You work in a store, in the customer service of that lady was horribly rude. There was another lady there and she was very kind and delightful and because of her, I did not...

The store was closed early on multiple occasions that I tried stopping by, while Rachel was working. I later found out from a friend that has her on social media that she was closing early to meet up with people and drink/party for her own personal life. Very unprofessional and I am very unlikely to make the drive again. I have tried stopping by on multiple occasions and the same thing has occurred. I don’t know how the business will remain successful if it’s continued to be ran this way. The one time I was able to actually shop during hours, I loved it! But now it seems like the employees personal lives out rule the importance of the business and satisfying customers. It sure would be a shame if the store went under because of the inconsistency of hours based on one employee deciding to close early...

I had the most amazing experience at this shop! I love tea and trying out different flavors so you can imagine how overwhelmed I was with the variety of choices. The women working at the store was so sweet and worked with us to pick out something we would love. I ended up getting 6 of the smaller bags to try many different flavors. The woman working also realized that I was struggling with motion sickness and helped me out with some crystalized ginger. Overall such a positive experience and the tea is amazing! I just had to look up the shop to see if I could order online and I discovered I have one not too far from me. I will definitely be...
