Fairview House — Local services in Highlands

If you are looking for the absolute PERFECT place to gather loved ones in a house that is just a short walk from downtown highlands, the Fairview house is absolutely it! My husband and I got married in highlands and wanted to have some of our closest people under one roof for the weekend and the Fairview house delivered far beyond our expectations! The house is absolutely MASSIVE and provides plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable despite being with so many other people. All of the bedrooms are an excellent size and almost all have their own bathrooms. Everyone thought we were crazy for staying in a house with friends on wedding night but it truly made the weekend SO much more fun - it feels more like an inn than a house just because of how much space there is and how much privacy each room has! The historic home has an absolutely stunning porch with a gorgeous fireplace / couches / table / grill that is perfect for gathering as well as a open floor plan with a gigantic dining table, couches, fireplace that you can use to hang out inside after 10PM (the city is in fact very strict about the 10pm noise ordinance so everyone will have to move inside before 10). Not only is there plenty of space, but the kitchen is fully fully stocked with plates/cutlery/keurig/pots/pans/literally anything you could possibly need for entertaining. Plus plenty of parking!! Also, Kaysie and Candace who manage the house are unbelievably responsive and helpful before and during the stay! We cannot wait to...

Had the perfect girls trip to Highlands at the historic Fairview house! Not only is it beautiful and spacious but the bedrooms all have their own bathroom. The kitchen and living area is completely open and perfect for entertaining. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. Our last night we had a private chef come in and cook, it was a perfect way to end our stay! This house would be fantastic for a family reunion or a small intimate wedding, as everything could be done at this one location! Highly recommend and look forward to visiting...

The Fairview house was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a getaway in nature. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and so spacious. The location was perfect to unwind and be surrounded by nature. It is located away from town that makes it feel private and intimate but close enough to have quick access to amazing restaurants, shopping and hiking. I had a wonderful experience and would stay here...
