It's been ten years, so this is probably too late to be productive. But dude. I have a serious grudge and I gotta get this off of my chest.
We bought my wedding ring here. When we first ordered it, I told her I was a size 7. She insisted I was a 6. "Trust me, I've been doing this a long time, you're definitely a 6." I shouldn't have let her talk me into it, but she insisted she was the expert and what did I know? Ring came, sure enough, I can't sleep through the night comfortably without taking it off because it was too tight. I go back and ask them to resize it to the 7 I wanted. After about 3 weeks, I finally get my ring back. It wouldn't go past my knuckle. They resized it DOWN to a size 5.75!!!! I brought it back. 3 weeks later pick it up again. The manager said they altered the band to be extra thick as an apology. I didn't WANT it to be extra thick...I liked how it tapered down because of the bulbous shape of my finger and they didn't even ask, but I was running out of time, my wedding was in 2 weeks and I wanted be as far from them as I could. Get out to the parking lot, put my hair behind my ear, and what's that tinkle?? Freak! My stone is jiggling around in the setting LOOSE! UGHHHHHH so I HAD to go back in. AGAIN. Luckily that didn't take too long to fix, so when I finally get my ring back from them for the last time, I noticed it was back to being snug. I figured it was because of that extra thick band they put on the bottom without asking, and I was absolutely out of time this time. Our wedding was a week away and we were moving across the country right after the ceremony! I was so furious with them anyway, I just dealt with the discomfort of a tight ring. Fast forward to after my first baby was born and the weight gain that happened as a result, I went to a jeweler to get it resized. I asked him to resize it to a 7.5. He said, "Are you sure?? That's a big jump!!" Well it shouldn't have been. It should have only been half a size, right? He said, "Um....Ma'am...This ring is a size 6." In case you missed that, I asked for a size 7, they insisted I needed a 6, I asked for it to be resized to a 7, they resized it to a 5.75, then they resized it back to the original 6. Folks. There just aren't words. After the bit of weight gain, my new comfortable size was a 7.25.
One more thing. When they tightened the stone, they dented the prong, so it only lasted a couple of years before that prong broke off and all that that implies. Here it is ten years later, I finally have a new stone and had it put in by a fabulous local jeweler who did such a fine job in every way, I can't even believe what I endured from Fred...
Read moreI got my engagement ring re sized here and it isn’t the right size at all. They told me when I first came in that a 7.5 was “perfect” for my finger because it was tight enough that the ring wouldn’t slide around. They didn’t even properly measure my finger, which should’ve been a red flag but I’ve never had a ring resized before and they’re supposed to be the experts so I didn’t question their process. Now I have it back and it’s way too loose. I brought this up and they just said “oh yeah that’s too loose” and then proceeded to ask for my credit card and offered no solution to my issue other than a spacer (2 weeks for a spacer as the final solution they sent me home with is crazy). I also had to call to see if my ring was ready because I had heard nothing from them for two weeks. They said it had been ready and someone was supposed to have called me but didn’t. Now that it’s all said and done, I waited two weeks to still have a ring that doesn’t fit. The only difference between now and two weeks ago is I’m out $30. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR JEWELRY RESIZED!!! You’ll end up having to go somewhere else to get it done properly anyways. I am so disappointed in this entire experience and I’m shocked that they would still have me pay when the jeweler was the one who told me the size would be perfect...

Upon arriving the hefty brunette with ambrre hair color completely ignored my husband and I . We sat and waited patiently approximately 25 minutes until the manager came out from the back to assist us.
The manager helped us during purchase process was professional for the most part.
That said however they took forever sizing my ring and failed to call me when it was ready. I had to call them the evening it was due to be done because I had not gotten any word.
Upon arrival an older blonde lady and young Hispanic gal had been extremly rude and dismissive when provided them my paper work to pick up my ring. They couldn't find it so instead of continuing to help me they began helping other people with thier purchases. Without informing me my wring was not ready.
Finally a man came from the back with my ring gave it to the Hispanic girl whom didn't even check my ID to see if I was the person on the receipt.
Completely unprofessional attitude and appearance by these women. Seem completely miserable with thier job.
In the future we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. We do buy lots of jewelry yearly a loss for them!
On a positive note my ring size was perfect. And the...
