Update #2: it only took a month and another contact us submission from the website to have them issue a refund. Update: this used to be a 4 star spot until the customer service I received was terrible. I placed an online order and the system said unable to process try again later, so I did that. Once I got to the store there were two orders for me of the exact same thing and I was like no I did not order two orders of the exact same thing. They basically threw their hands in the air and said "we can't do anything about it, the online company deals with it". So I go back to the website and it lists their number to call, I call them and again I am met with "it's not us it's them". So I was promised that she would find me the number or person to contact for a refund. It's been a week and I have heard nothing from them. I will likely never return to this location or any of the locations run by this franchisee, which is unfortunate because we ate at this location once a week.

The only review I've ever given. On 6/10 at around 510pm. I was waiting for my Burrito that I just ordered and as I was waiting, another lady who was there before me walked up and asked if her order was ready. After reviewing the name, it was clear that her online order was to the wrong store. The lady, who was well put together but you could see on her face she was going thru something. She said, "I'm sorry, my dad just passed and..." and at that point she broke down. The Baja Fresh employee who was working the cashier simply grabbed her wrist and allowed this lady to have a moment while reassuring her, no scene was made. After about a minute the lady was able to collect herself and I assume her order was still made.

This was prolly nothing for the lady working and taking the order but it was a beautiful display of common humanity and understanding. Stand up people work here. I'm happy I was able to see this kind gesture.

*Amending for their service during COVID, which sucks. I order early for pickup, occasionally they get it right. I request salsa, instead get whatever they want to give me. I ask them to not give so many chips because its a waste and I'm told no, one size. I am not asking for a discount, just less waste. Tonight's last pickup with then they actually told me what salsa I wanted (incorrectly) and the food was made so far ahead the guac was warmer than the quesidilla. Try 25th instead, consistently better service.
