Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Hillsboro

I am so disgusted at what I saw tonight. I am a long time dutch bro customer and I spend a lot of money daily!! I will NEVER go back to this location ever again.. first off there were 7 cars in line so we walked in.. the gal at the counter took our one small drink order and then proceeded to complain about not wanting to do any work tonight.. there were 6 people working and 2 were talking one was helping the drive thru and the gal that took our order started just chatting it up with another worker.. I said excuse me who is making our drink.. she said I guess I will!! Are you serious you guess? Two other workers were over by the sink and then went to the freeze machine and were looking at it possibly it wasn't working? I don't know but hello you had 7 cars in line and we ordered one drink and waited 16 minutes for it!!!!! Also I thought since the remodel you had one station to make drinks for walk in and the other was for drive thru? But they were only using the drive thru one??? With 6 workers? It was 830pm.. not closing time.. but everyone seemed to be either pre occupied about closing tasks or talking and NOT!!! The customer! It looks Great since the remodel but I doubt the owner intended it to be a hang out for the employees to just disregard the customer.. I was so mad when I finally got my small coffee I ordered I couldn't even speak or it wouldn't have been nice! Get a manager in there and hire people that want to WORK!!! You lost me and my family as customers tonight.. and from what I hear there are a lot of unhappy customers from this location. It's your job not social hour... when we finally left there were still 6 cars! In that time frame they helped one car and the one walk in before me.. not...

Amalia was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional when my friend and I were very nice and polite to her, we were very understanding of the back up today. I ordered a golden eagle and it did not taste like coffee. It was just milk and caramel over ice in a cup with cold foam. And it tasted God awful like watered down milk. So I explained this to the barista and she supposedly remade the drink, but it looked the exact same. It was a same exact cup except this time there was I’m so sorry written on top. I am not losing my mind over a eight dollar coffee even though I tipped an additional two dollars on top just to not get any drink at all in the end, But I highly request you visit a different Dutch Bros location, where they actually follow the measurement instructions and how to make a drink, while I was waiting for them to pretend like they remade my drink, I was sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes As they served everyone else their drink first. Then when I receive the same exact drink back with a written message on the top, I was a little bit frustrated to have wasted so much time of my night and not to mention I tipped well before even getting my drinkexpecting to get a good coffee because not once if I had this experience at Dutch bros location. and also if your lobby Is closed you should probably lock the doors instead of yelling at your customers when they...

I understand this place has a lot of kids that works here. But they have to understand it’s also a place of business. I ordered my drink and waited 15 minutes. The reason why is because one of the employees was chatting up a storm with their friends at the drive thru. If you want to talk to someone you know that works there, catch them inside or their break. Not when there’s a long line and busy. I was extremely frustrated. When the car in front of me that was holding up the line, she didn’t even leave with a drink! Ridiculous, I’m not sure who manages this store but they need to have a chat with their staff on limiting their time who they talk to through the drive though or even general. Paying customers have places to be and destination to get to. Also would like to add i waited so long, my drink was already melted. So disappointed and upset.
