For my 100th review, Hands down my favorite theater in all of the PNW. It doesn’t have recliner seats like newer or renovated spots, nor does it have IMAX or RPX.

But what it does have is charm and a great staff. Out of all the theaters I’ve been to from Cinemark, to AMC, to the other Regals here… this location has consistently been friendly with their team and managers. I appreciate how they recognize me and ask how I’m doing and remembering things from previous conversations. It really does feel welcoming.

Some may see this place negatively if they were to compare, but honestly the fact it isn’t as busy as the other locations (which are smaller) helps it become a true cinema with staff talking to patrons about movies and cinema again.

With hundreds (actually) new homes being built just blocks away, if this location got a little renovation with an IMAX or RPX, some upgraded seating, it will be just as busy and popular as the other locations. The location is great since it’s isolated on its own and just minutes away even walking distance to so many homes.

I’ve come at all sorts of times with my Regal unlimited pass, which I got because of the staff here. I’ve been when I was the only one in the whole auditorium for a middle of the week no buzz movie all the way to a premiere weekend when 80% of the auditorium was full.

They keep the place clean, running, and welcoming. That’s all you can ask for from a cinema. Shout out to the...

Smells like ā€œwet cigarette smokeā€ I reported to leadership here after the movie was over that only me and one gentleman was in the auditorium, and I had to switch seats because he stunk so bad of cigarette smoke (it was hard to pay attention to the movie because it was so bad and causing me a headache) ā€œvery distracting, and disturbing they allow poor hygiene, like that regularly in thereā€

and you could smell it from one one end to the other in the whole auditorium, they admitted they allow the homeless man to come in there and watch movies all day because he has a ā€œregal passā€ And if you feel uncomfortable with it since he doesn’t smoke in the auditorium, they allow him to stay there

Although you’re allowed to have people removed from a place of business if it’s affecting customers and employees they won’t do this

I’m warning you, you will smell ā€œa horrible cigarette smoke like a wet cigarette smoke stenchā€ when you come here, remember all day, like 3 movies a day they say this and he even said this

And they seem pretty defensive with this man like they feel sorry for him and they want him to stay in there Would you want your kids and your family or would you wanna come here on your day off and sit here for this?

It’s not fair for people to have to go through this because of...

I always come on Tuesdays for cheaper price's today they charged me full price and said I don't have a rewards card. The rewards card is free and takes second's to set up they didn't tell me when I asked so I signed up and asked the manager to make it right he said no if you want to buy something you can I bought a drink popcorn package and 3 tickets and was charged $72 and they won't make it right customer service should tell people especially when asked. I will never come back it's overpriced dirty worst customer service and the movie was horrible Beetlejuice which makes it even worse that they won't make it right I'm still watching the movie but it's definitely the last time we come back DO BETTER all the person had to do is explain the card and I would of done it before but I've never been charged $12 it was always $6 but they are calling me a liar and are willing to loose 3 paying customers no wonder there's never anybody here rip off and the worst customer service even the Manager wouldn't make it right instead of watching the movie I'm doing this review in hope's this helps someone else I absolutely don't recommend...

We attended the 1st showing of Aquaman on Christmas Day with Family...I used the Regal Cinemas App to get tickets to ensure we would get in on Sunday...The email with the ticket was easy to pull up & easily scannable...Next the concession stand - where again it was smooth and easy - using the app again to use the credits I have gotten over the past year (1 free small Coke, Nachos (half price), large popcorn (used my free ā€œsmallā€ popcorn but paid $2 to upgrade to large) and 1 large soda - all for $11)...The theater itself was smaller and didn’t have stadium seating...the floor was super sticky...the movie was amazing and worth it..We were greeted as we were leaving with a Merry Christmas...Overall it was a great experience and we will go again if attending with our family who lives in that area

While most theaters nearby have recliner seats, Regal Movies on TV Highway keeps it traditional with standard seating. I can only assume because of this (and location to an extent) that most people are going to Regal Evergreen, Cinemark 16, or Regal 18 at Bridgeport for the more luxurious experience - this means there are generally plenty of open seats for big releases. I for one am all for it. The audio/visual aspect has never let me down here, there is hardly a wait here for concessions, and I can still snag a great seat in a comfortable seat. Happy to have this as another option in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area!
