UPDATE: Our family's been going here for 7 years, but the last three times we've ordered queso birria tacos and consomé they used pork instead of beef, one tortilla instead of two, small portions of meat, and the consomé was watered down and then had beef bouillon added to it...im sure a lot of people don't notice, but we frequent a lot of the carts throughout TV highway and after three misses back to back, I can no longer recommend Mister Taco. 😭

Review from 7yrs ago: Taco truck off of TV HWY and Century Blvd. Pretty big menu for a truck: tacos, burritos, tortas, breakfast sandwich (even though they open at 4pm), hamburgers, fried chicken, and a wide selection of drinks. As far as the meats, you can get steak, pork, chicken, al pastor (marinated pork), beef tongue (TRY IT, tastes awesome), beef head, and beef intestine. My favorite is the al pastor...perfect seasoning, thick enough tortillas to not have any juices soak through, and the hot sauces, OH MAN THE HOT SAUCES. There's your standard verde, a smoky medium red sauce, a very spicy yet flavorful habernero sauce, and a creamy chipotle sauce. There's also a container of herbed pickled onions you can grab to munch on or add as garnish. Best taco truck I've found in the Hillsboro/Aloha...

I'm originally from New Mexico and I have been homesick for good food for so long I cannot remember what its like to have quality south of the boarder food.

Ordered a breakfast burrito, and it was so bland I couldn't believe it was almost 12 dollars. 80% of this burrito is potatoes. I paid for fancy potatoes, only they don't even have SALT on them. No salas given automatically so I missed where to grab those. Regardless of sauces, this was one of the worst burritos I have ever paid for. Felt ripped off for the price. Yeah they are huge because they have 3 full russet potatoes in them.

My search continues for authentic, non watered down Mexican or New Mexican food. No green chili? No bueno.

Wait times were long for how simple these orders are. Waited 10 minutes for one burrito. No one was in line when I got there. Be...

Absolutely amazing service.. guy taking my order was very nice and friendly. Helped me decide what to get. I chose 4tacos con al pastor, 2 tacos con asada, and a side of refried beans. It was all amazing.. tacos Come with lime and radish slices. There are deceptively full of meat and goodness. I tried the light green creamy salsa..maybe avocado based?..it was super good on the al pastor. The creamy pink..Chipotle..salsa...was great with the asada! But careful..it has a bite the deeper you go. And the beans!...black beans..with melted cheese...are so tasty!... a spoonful on each taco was a winner! I will be back...theybwill get my money..

I only wonder if there is stuff that isn't "on the menu" as the pictures in reviews show a lot of stuff I didn't see there.. but I definitely wanna...
