Pacific Blends — Restaurant in Hillsboro

The food was cooked to perfection (you’ll see that word a lot)! We had the honey garlic chicken that had the perfect amount of char, the kahlua pork was tender and amazing in every sauce Joel had especially his Special Blend and BBQ), the katsu fry was light and fresh. The sautéed veggies were mainly broccoli that was perfectly cooked (nice and hot, but still slightly crunchy) and tasted like a teriyaki broccoli salad chefs kiss. Tonight I had #2 Garlic honey chicken with spice added and that combo with the MAC & rice was probably the BEST combo of flavors and texture that I’ve had in a very long time!
