When I walked up to the food cart, a very kind lady greeted me and helped me choose the best option for someone who had never tried Thai food before. She was incredibly nice and asked thoughtful questions about what I liked and didn’t like. Based on that, she recommended the C3 Peanut Curry, saying it would be a great fit for me.
While waiting for my order, I took in the atmosphere around the cart—it was beautiful and full of culture. It honestly felt like I was in a documentary about a hidden gem in Hillsboro.
When I received my food and left with a big smile, I couldn’t wait to try it. After the first bite, I can confidently say it was the perfect dish. It made a great impression on me as someone new to Thai food, but I imagine it would be just as enjoyable for someone who grew up eating it.

The curry, the stir fries, their soups, specialties, the appetizers… nothing is bad here.
