Your Burger Shot — Restaurant in Hillsboro

I recently visited Your Burger Shot @foodlandia with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I ordered both curly and straight fries, paid for both, and was looking forward to enjoying them. However, when I received my order, I was given only one type of fries.

Politely, I approached the staff to rectify the mistake, but to my surprise, they were unhelpful and refused to correct the order. It's frustrating to pay for something you don't receive, and even more disappointing when the staff shows little interest in fixing their error. Furthermore he told me I made the mistake instead of working with me to resolve the issue.

Customer service is just as important as the food itself, and in this case, both were lacking. I won't be returning to Your Burger Shot and cannot recommend it to others. Hopefully, they can improve their service and ensure customers get what they pay for...

My husband got a burger from here. First we were so happy that they offered turkey bacon since we follow the Bible leviticus laws. It's difficult to find a burger spot that has turkey bacon as an option. They also have lamb burgers! He got the number 12. We like our burgers well done and he made it to perfection. The fries were excellent. Crispy and hot. My husband tore the burger up. His customer service was great. Pretty cool guy. Would definitely be back again. I'll try one next time. *UPDATE my family went back and my son and I tried the burgers this time. My husband got another one. The Young lady at the counter took our order. The burgers were delicious. Well seasoned and well done to our request like we like it. We got the bacon cheese burger. Turkey bacon was delicious, bread toasted and pretty. The fries were really good and crispy. My girlfriend ordered an eggplant burger from “your burger shot” that was more oil than eggplant. It was literally leaking so much oil that it made a small swimming pool in the container. Absolutely foul! I confronted the worker asking for our money back to which he agreed. He called his boss saying it would be 3-5 days before the refund would go through. I shook his hand and thanked him for understanding. We left that night with a feeling of relief knowing we would soon get our money back.
