NEVER EAT HERE Unfortunately I went there again today. Last night friends and I got bbq chicken only No sauce. today I go back and get the same thing and it was totally different and much less. I take the food back and asked how could they make it the same. The older lady snatched it out of my hand and said I will give you a refund. Why? I was trying to eat!! I told her I will write a review on how she responded. She said "so what" and shushed me away like a fly. I have been going to them for YEARS. I let her know I would never come back She told me bye just go. The food she gave me today was the size of a regular plate without the sides for $3.00 more. She got mad when I brought it to her attention.

This place is disgusting! Don't waste your time or money. The food is gross, the Mac salad has an old, foul, fish raste to it & the meat tastes like its just dunked in smoke flavoring. The seating area is filthy, droppings of food are all around the floor. The tables feel sticky like they're never sanitized & the area where you get your drinks has dried spashes of soda all around. Layers of dirt & grease line the ceiling & fixtures. It's just a nasty joint that shouldn't be allowed to serve food to people. The staff is unfriendly as well, no warm greeting or attempt to explain menu options when asked. Very dry & responses with simple ya and pointing. Best Hawaiian food place around by far. There are a couple chain Hawaiian places in the area and we've tried them to compare and Hawaiian Kine hands down is the best. Friendly staff and food comes out fast but doesn't lack in quality, or quantity. I always get the regular bbq chicken and sometimes the shrimp. Their tartar sauce is homemade and delish! Husband always usually gets the bbq beef and chicken which he loves. Mac salad is to die for. Katsu is the best I've ever had, if I get it anywhere else it's just not the same!
