I tried to stop in there drive through this evening all I was trying to get was two shredded chicken mini quesadillas thought it might be like any other drive-thru nice and quick however it took me over 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru because they don't feel the need to hire people. Their interviews are walk-in interviews but they're only open for 2 hours a week. So I can go through the drive-thru which is taking so long that my blood sugar is crashing and I'm starting to have a medical emergency. So finally I get my food drive home and when I get home I found out that one of the employees that handled my food had decided to grab it and squeeze it in a fish so hard it was ripped almost completely in half in a big ball on the bottom of my bag. I tried to call them about my order and people pick up but they don't say anything and they just hang up on you. Hands down my worst experience not only with Taco Bell but anywhere. You have the right to refuse service as a business but you do not have a right to destroy someone's food because once it's paid for that is their property that they have just damaged. Since they won't answer the phone I'm going to have to go back to make a complaint. At that point with how long I sat in the Drive-Thru to get my $2 meal and having to drive back I will have paid almost $13 for two shredded chicken mini quesadillas that the PM manager mutilated herself. I'm pretty sure that Yum corporation does not approve of damaging customer food. My experience with this Taco Bell was so bad I would not go back if I was offered free food for life. Oh wait let's not forget that when I got to the window to pay for my food I go to hand the guy a $5 bill and they say they can't take cash right now. I can understand a sad light going down or computer going down and not being able to take credit but cash has a physical presence. I know if I had had even a 20 or a 50 I could imagine they didn't have change but when the entirety of my change is $3 how you not even have that in change in the till? As I said worst Taco Bell experience ever. Worst customer service experienced ANYWHERE. Was given damaged product that they damaged themselves. I'm sorry but if people don't want to do their jobs correctly they should just quit because there are people out there that will do them correctly and...
Read moreThis is my local Taco Bell. I have been coming here for years. However, my last several visits have been very disappointing to say the least. Last time I place an order to go, and the Taco Bell worker brought an order to the counter and called out a number. Usually they call out names. The number was 250 so I checked my receipt and my order number had nothing to do with the number 250. So I sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting for them to call my name or my order number, and nothing was happening. I went up to the counter to ask about my order and they pointed me to the rack where the DoorDash meal sit. My food was sitting out there for 20 minutes. They only called a number once and it was the wrong number. They never went back to check if the to go order was picked up or call out the number again. My $30 order of food was ice cold. My tacos were soggy and fell apart. And to top it all off when we left with our large Dr Pepper, we realized it was flat or the syrup was off.
I’m a little disappointed that there seems to be nobody ever at the counter and if you are standing up there wanting a fork or napkin or maybe the drink that came with your order they just stare at you until they become uncomfortable and finally walk over to ask you what you need. But I had quite a few people not even make eye contact with me once.
Other thank this my family tends to modify some of the items, and we are usually bringing food back to the counter because they made it wrong. I checked my receipt and everything looks correct but unfortunately, from the time I order to the time they give me my food somebody missed some thing somewhere. There I sit again waiting for the correct item while my other food gets cold.
Hope it...
Read moreI had a horrible experience at this location tonight (11/24), which really took me by surprise because I regularly come here during lunch hours and never had such an experience. First off the drive thru wait was very long, I would say over 15 minutes to get up to the speaker, that's not a huge problem however because I understand how busy it was. When I got to the window I reminded the cashier that I would like extra sauce in the bag, to which he said okay. I drive off and sure enough, they forgot my sauce and two straws to drink my slushies. I returned back to the restaurant and waited at the front door to which an employee answered. I let her know of the situation and she unapologetically said okay and that she will return with my items. Here I am standing outside in cold weather, very much pregnant and I peer inside because how long can it take to grab two straws and sauce packets, sure enough the employee is making drinks and I had got forgotten so I call the store to remind them I'm outside and they finally give me my bag after 10 minutes of waiting. I get to my car and check the bag and they forgot to give me one of my straws. Defeated, I left and almost cried on the way home. My food was cold by the time I got home and my partner did not get a straw for his slushie. Very hungry pregnant mama wanted some tasty hot taco bell and just had a stressful,...
