Walmart Pharmacy — Local services in Hillsborough

The pharmacist is absolutely the rudest person I've ever met. She has a terrible attitude. My family member gets a certain medicine filled there once a month, EVERY MONTH, and they NEVER have it. It's always a partial prescription and they would not allow my family member to pick up the rest of the prescription when it came in, they told her first that she would have to forfeit what they could not fill and when we said how absolutely ridiculous that was, THEN they said they could give her the rest but she's not allowed to pick it up until she runs completely out of the medicine they filled. I don't know who these pharmacists think they are. It's like they get a little bit of control and run with it. That whole issue, caused my family member to lose her entire vacation that she has earned and worked so hard for because she can't go without that medication. We are simply disgusted with this pharmacy. And when I called the pharmacy to ask what the pharmacists name was, they refused to give me her name so I had to drive all the way there to get her name that was literally written on the wall. So if that makes me a "karen" then so be it but the prescribing doctor was in shock when we told them...

When I 1st started going to this pharmacy it was pretty a pretty good experience (3 months ago). All of a sudden yesterday, the pharmacist decided he was going to get a God complex with my meds. I'm a Christian lady to the core, he basically accused me of "pharmacy hopping ". Mind you I've only been to 3 different pharmacies...reason being I just moved from one area of NC to another. I have never been SO INSULTED in my life! I had the same pharmacy in Fayetteville NC for years until I moved to Hillsborough. Since dealing with Walmart pharmacy I have had to get a back up pharmacy due to their lack of supply with my meds...hence a 3rd pharmacy. Needless to say, I will be moving ALL of my prescriptions to the back up pharmacy and never dealing with this rude, obnoxious pharmacist again. BTW, he was very rude to the doctor and nurse when he called to discuss the issue with them, I just so happened to be still in the office at the time. I really hope the person had the day...

Pharmacist, Ivette, is over-worked she "can't do three things at once"-Ivette. Though the cashier (Casey/Kacie , she was friendly and helpful!) was very friendly and helpful (added star). I needed a medication modified and when the office called in while I waited the pharmacist said she could not take the call and to call back later. I got back in line with the office on the phone and pharmacist stated she could not take the call but the office would have to call in directly, again. Wasted 30 minutes with the run around. Wal-Mart should hire a second pharmacist to help with...
