Ordered rear brakes online and needed front. My fault. I take accountability for that. Take brakes to this store and instead of an in store credit toward my front brakes, that I bought in store, I was told that it would be credited back toward my card. Ok, no problem. But was also told, “you should be credited back, if not immediately, no later than the end of today. Yeah, we’re not like everywhere else where you have to wait 7-10 business days.” I didn’t think that was right, but who am I to argue. Charges not on my card the following day, so I called to find out the policy. Todd proceeded to tell me that I could call online and find out bc their system was totally separate. But then later in the convo, I asked (or stated, “So I need to call online?” And he said, yes, if you want them to tell you the same policy we have which is 2-3 business days. Anywhere you go has that policy; us WalMart, every where. Well, I work at Walmart and I know the policy and if I were buying something from the store as a replacement, I would get credit immediately for the return towards my purchase. He talked to me as if I were an idiot.
Let me also say that my husband REFUSES to deal with them because of the service he has gotten on several occasions, but I convinced him to give them ONE MORE try, only to get the same attitude and lack of service. So, needless to say, we will no longer make any purchases at Advanced Auto and will stick with AutoZone where we get impeccable service and courtesy. I would advise anyone else to...
Read moreI’ve been coming in here for a few weeks now picking up parts for a project. Everyone Ive interacted with has been kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s already appropriately staffed so there’s someone to help you in a reasonable amount of time.
A couple of the older gentleman there have been invaluable for their insight and assistance with troubleshooting things, and bouncing questions off. If someone doesn’t know something, they do their best to find out. I wish more businesses could be lucky enough to find employees like this.
