Target — Local services in Hilton Head Island

First off I just want to say Thank God for God. Because the disrespect I got at customer services form an actual manger Harleen was out of this world! It was my first time doing a curbside order and I was new to the app I went in to ask for help Harleen approached me with no eye contact and gave me the side of her body and asked me what was my last name I continue to give her my last name And she kept repeating really that’s your last name I took a deep breath to just let it slide she asked that like I was bothering her I turned around to get myself together and the woman behind me approaches me and says I got the same disrespect yesterday I was so shocked that this was an ongoing thing and just not her personality that day. She then continued to give me the side of her body with no eye contact, With just the most nastiest attitude. once my product was found it was thin slid across the counter and she just walked away. I have never been treated like this in target before I’m a usual customer and I never had this kind of miss treatment thank you for Mandy the store manager for hearing me out on the day of the storm that I had to come in and report Harleen. I really do hope no one else no other customers has to ever experience that kind of customer...

The Target in Bluffton needs a management change. The store is disorganized and not very clean. My daughter and I went in last evening around 6:30 to purchase a Vizio TV which the app stated they had 2 on hand. While the app stated that the TV was located on a specific aisle, that aisle did not exist. I had to try to find the aisle around pallets laying in the floor and walking around stacks of merchandise piled up which had not been straightened. We finally found an associate who could help, and she spent 15 minutes looking in the back only to come out and tell us that they only had one of the TVs left and it was supposed to be on the floor, but she couldn't find it either. As my daughter and I left to go to Best Buy across the street, we walked through the register area and noticed that something has been spilled all over the area by the Starbucks earlier, and had only minimally been cleaned up, yet there were multiple associates standing around doing nothing. I know from now on, I will only be using this store for...

Went shopping yesterday at Bluffton Target. Store was dirty & not well stocked. I was only able to get about half of the items on my list. Asked an employee where I might find a particular item & she had no idea nor offered further assistance. Shoe Department was a disaster! Shoes & boxes strewn all over the floor, so impossible to get down the aisles. Rest of store had so many aisles blocked with carts of items that employees were to stick on shelves, but no one around stocking-carts justed left there. So again, could not get through the aisles. Checking out, I asked the cashier if 2 clothing items were returnable before I bought them. She said she didn’t know. Said I could get out of line, go over to Customer Service, then get back in line if I wanted to buy them. Needless to say, I told her never mind! 3 cashiers on duty with estimated 15 people in each line! Done with that messy, poorly stocked & poorly managed store!! Have gone in before & experience...
