Five Guys — Restaurant in South Carolina

Just had the worst customer service experience ever at the Bluffton location!!!! After ordering the little bacon CHEESEburger, I received it not once, but twice prepared minus the cheese and other toppings I requested which cost me $10.19 for the burger before fries, $17.85 total for the bacon CHEESEburger and fries. Shout out to the server, Keaton S., at register 2, who thought it was a bright idea to give a paying customer the chill out hand gesture when I expressed my frustration, instead of turning a negative dining experience into a positive!!!! He was absolutely rude, I was offended, and what I experienced is not acceptable as the restaurant wasn’t busy, and I informed him multiple times how I desired my burger to be prepared....

Havent eaten Five Guys in 3 years since getting back from Japan. And I have to say I did not feel bad breaking my diet at all. The burger was juicy and fries overwhelming. The staff were awesome and even tho they do not have store military discount they offered to pay for our drinks out their own pockets which may not sound like much but the thought and respect is what I held to the utmost importance and gave me goosebumps. So to this store and its staff Thank you for a great meal. I will return many many times. I hope this gets to the management because your staff tonight went well beyond customer...

Excellent. What a great location! Of course the hamburgers and fries are delicious! Everything is fresh and nothing is frozen. The food arrives quickly and the staff is always cheerful..... We have a young adult with autism so it isn't often that we can eat out but the staff was kind, gracious and helpful. He has a very restricted diet and they helped us by offering bacon.
