Went in today, 3/10/25 to make a purchase. All registers had a sign stating to go to the copy/print/shipping center. There was one woman working in the copy/print/shipping center. After waiting 15 min in the only line with the only employee working, The unpolite lady asks me if I need to ship something. I responded I need to purchase this item and she tells me that she is only handling shipping items right now. By this time another employee had shown up and was working in another area where another line 5 people deep had formed. She tells me I need to go in that line to be rung up. I responded that I wasn't going to wait in that line after I followed the instructions at the register and I waited 15 minutes in the only line that was available at the time. She was very unpleasant, rude, and would not ring me up. This is not the first or even second time the service in at this Staple has been less than acceptable. These people are rude and unhelpful. Came here around 2pm to get a few tiny things laminated for a school project for my 6 year old son. I was told it should be done at around 5pm and someone would call me. 5pm comes and I can’t get ahold of the store. Finally, around 10 minutes and 5 prompts later someone picks up and gets angry that 1. There was no order number given at time of drop off and 2. It was an issue I called to check on my order. The woman on the phone gave a snarky attitude and said “oh you are the one with the laminated items, yeah give me 15 since I’m the one doing it and it’ll be ready”. I do my errands next door at target and come to staples and it’s now 5:40 and they are only “about half way” done while I sit in my car.
