Restore Hyper Wellness — Local services in Hingham

I initially loved this place but have experienced terrible customer service and feel like I got totally ripped off with the membership program. You think they'd treat their members who are paying THOUSANDS of dollars annually with more care and respect. I regret giving them any of my money. Their membership program is a rip off. BEWARE. I was told that I could put my acct on hold while I used up all the credits I had (sessions I had paid for through membership but hadn't yet used). But then realized that I was still being charged for membership months later. I was then told that I was previously given misinformation and I couldn't put my acct on hold since it was already on hold once so I would need to cancel instead. I told them I wanted to cancel and then it took almost two weeks for them to get me cancelation paperwork that I needed to fill out (another stall tactic since my cancelation request was already in writing). In the meantime, I was charged again for another month. They refused to offer any refund on the membership charges even though I had been asking to put my acct on hold or cancel for MONTHS. They just keep taking my $$. And, based on their policy, I'll be forfeiting more than $1K worth of treatments that I already paid for. It's my own fault for not reading the fine print but this, in addition to the terrible customer service in all these exchanges has me write this review. I absolutely love going to Restore! I have been using cryotherapy to treat my psoriasis for years now but was so happy Restore opened close to me! It has been the only thing that helped so anyone struggling with psoriasis- I strongly encourage you to check out cryotherapy! I have also tried the IV drip, the compression therapy, the IM shots, and the hyperbaric oxygen treatment. All were awesome! On top of their great services, their staff is absolutely fantastic!!
