This was my 2nd time ordering at this place mainly because it's the cheapest one. I placed an order online at 3:12/3:14pm and noted to have said order ready by 5:30pm (latest 5:35pm). I chose to pay in person this time instead of online, good that I did because I had to make sure they got my entire order this time. However, my gripe was the fact that my order did not get prepped till 6:43pm. I waited for almost an hour and a half for 2 pizzas, some crazy bread, and a drink. There were a ton of people also waiting, frustrated as well. This location also has problems stocking their drinks because the fridge was nearly devoid of 2 liter drinks, specifically the one I chose (I had to notify the young lady at the register about it). I'm pretty sure I saw the manager in the back fiddling around and just tossing boxes in stacks, making things difficult. They only had 3-4 people working in the back and its clear this place is unsanitary in the kitchen as you can see grime on the floor. I also noticed the racks they use to keep food warm, the doors don't shut all the way unless forced. I feel for the lady at the register, she told me she was working on her day off, unfair in my opinion. But with the wages these people are given, I'm not surprised. This place needs to be checked by corporate and the manager needs to be fired. It should not be run like this. The crazy bread I ordered was lukewarm and it seemed like they gave me way less crazy bread than they usually do. The pizza's crust was slightly burnt and the pizza also was not freshly made either. I'm rather disappointed.
And to further add, they don't do refunds. So if you don't get what you want, you can't ask...
Read moreI never been in this store before but really wanted Little Caesars so I downloaded the app and put my order in. When I went in I found around 6 to 7 doordashers all waiting for their orders saying nobody was in the store and a whole pile of pizzas sitting in the open on the prep table visible from the front counter. On top of the place looking dirty on their front cabinets. I waited an hour and a half before any employee talked to a customer. And the customer was the one who asked about their order. And then they proceeded to distribute the giant pile of pizzas that was sitting for over 45 minutes to an hour on that prep table before those people who work there came in. It's appalling that someone like me with years of experience in a restaurant still see franchises who ill equipped their employees. To the point that they mentally break in the store is no longer operational and other honest people who are trying to make a living get hurt in the process. Because if you can't run a store correctly with the orders and keeping up with your times means that you're definitely not keeping up with the cleanliness of your store which means that cross-contamination and possible food poisoning is very possible at your location. This franchisor should be appalled. On the other hand leaving your store I put an order in at your competitor Marco's Pizza pay the same amount of money and got out of there within 5 minutes paying for it. Word of advice to anybody who wants to come to this store this Little Caesars cannot operate correctly don't waste your money go down the street to Marco's Pizza where the pizza is better tasting and...
Read moreWent by there today to get an order of crazy bread. I ended up standing there for like 20 minutes waiting for something that should only take 8 minutes to cook fresh. There were also a few other people waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their food as well and had small orders like me or just a couple pizzas. And while standing there waiting I'm also listening to the store phone blowing up and no one answering it and also watching mine and other people's food sit on the table getting cold after being taken out of the oven and they weren't even that busy but they were all in the back doing who knows what. Which by the time I got my food and went home, my food was pretty much cold and I live literally 5 minutes down the road. I understand the work economy right now and stuff, but as a former shift lead supervisor for Little Caesars I'm disappointed with this store. I've had the same amount of people they had today (3-4) working day shift and be more busy than what I saw today and still got customer's orders out in a timely fashion. Pizzas take 8 minutes through the oven and bread about 8-10 min depending if it cooked evenly.. I know all the cook times for everything in the store, There is no excuse for the amount of time that me and the other customers had to wait for our food bc the current day staff doesn't care about their jobs. Management and/or the owner really needs to do something, bc this store has TOO MANY bad reviews. I probably won't be returning to this store bc aside from the ridiculous wait time, the store...
