Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hobart Township

Ordered through their call center. Have been ordering pizza hut for over 30 years and this was the first time I was ever offered a choice between 2 types of sausages. I asked for the one they've always used because I wasn't sure which of the 2 it was. She told me they've always used the one the customer chooses. I tried to explain multiple times that I've never had to choose before so I'd like the one they typically used. This conversation went back and forth multiple times before I finally just guessed and chose one of the two. Just hoping I chose the correct one. Got to the store to pick it up and realized they had a special that would have given me an order of wings as well and the order would still have been the same price. Then they informed me they had made the pizza wrong and would have to remake the pizza. They have no place to sit. I had originally ordered pizza and bread sticks and have learned over the many years that the bread sticks are only really good if they're eaten as soon as possible after cooking, which is why I opted to pick up my order and not have it delivered. However, my bread sticks had to sit there and wait for the second pizza to get done. Since I was going to be waiting, I asked if I could add the wings to my order from the special they had on the sign. It was the pizza and wings for the same price I was paying for just the pizza. They would not let me use the special. When the pizza was remade, there was barely any sauce on it or cheese. There was about an inch beyond the crust with no cheese or sauce. And this was only a personal pan pizza, so it's a really small pizza to begin with. One worker was watching a football game the entire time I was in there and another worker had a lawn chair that was set up in the front of the store and was playing on her phone the entire time I was in there. The person preparing the food was randomly checking his phone in between getting my order ready. Very unsanitary. Very unfriendly... Despite my attempts to be friendly with them. Unfortunate that this place has gone so downhill over the years. My best friend and I have been frequenting pizza hut for many many years and it's nothing like...

We have gone to Pizza Hut for years, but it's been awhile since the pandemic. We decided to get take out yesterday. Let me say this before I begin my complaint- the food was as excellent as ever and we got everything we ordered. That being said- we always make a big order, then we have food for a few days. My son and I went in to get the food and immediately, the woman at the counter says, "You having a party?" (There was more food than just a normal order, but not enough for a party.) I explained why we got so much and her reply was, "How many people are in your family? You freeze some of it? A few days? That's more than for a few days!" EXCUSE ME?!! I didn't know that you had to go through an interrogation to get food from Pizza Hut! I felt like I should give some of the food back, based on her comments. You'd think she'd be glad we placed a larger order and gave them more money than if we'd ordered small. Then, when we were getting ready to go, she looks at my adult son and says, "You gonna carry this for her?" What the HELL business is it of hers?!! It didn't take long to get our food ready and for me to pay, however, during that time she said all this and more. I now know that she doesn't like Christmas and doesn't buy gifts. She said more, but I was so upset by that time, I forget everything else she said. You know, I'm a friendly person and always chat with the employees of the places I go to. But this was not friendly, this was invasive and judgmental. I will definitely think twice about going to this Pizza Hut again. She's lucky I was nice and kept my mouth shut. I come from a hot-headed clan of Irish folk who can really give someone a piece of their mind. But she wasn't worth it. So, beware going to the Hobart Pizza Hut on Rt. 6- you may get chastised for giving them more business than this woman thinks...

Deliver everything that was ordered... Placed an order for delivery, driver forgot 1 of 2 drinks when called to explain the employee said she'd send out drink I was missing ask me what I wanted I said Pepsi "sorry were out" OKAY, MT. DEW okay! That took another (half HOUR) to get the 2 liter and they brought me dr. Pepper instead.

1st time ordering the cheese bread /sticks. They arrived burnt I explained that when I called, also she explained (pizza HUT) turned up their oven temp and that's how the cheese bread was coming out. Told me I should eat it because it actually did taste good. (we did not eat it) she said she would send out an order of regular bread sticks with the 2 liter as a replacement however they weren't as dark but were still burnt. They tried to fix the issues we had but it didn't...
