Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Hobbs

We’ll start from the very beginning. Walk in, wait about 5-10 mins until finally someone decides to attend to us(keep in mind) the restaurant had maybe 4-5 tables occupied at the time. We proceed to ask for a table for 9 people. The host proceeds to find us a table. He comes back and lets us know we’ll have to sit in the bar section because the waitress in the dining section is new and can’t handle another table. So we go ahead and sit in the bar. Therefor, due to the lack of customer service I’m guessing; we have to order via cell phone. So I proceed to order, ordered our drinks and appetizers for 2 people. The rest of our party was in route. My beer took about 15 mins to finally make its way to the table. The 1st Appetizer arrives 25 mins after ordering, (nachos) they show up with dash of sour cream, and about 10 ounces of cilantro ( not over exaggerating) I complain to the waitress. She comes back to tell me it will be extra for cheese. I told her it was fine, other appetizer comes out 10 mins later(chips with 3 dips) took a total of 35 mins for that to come out. ( guessing cooks took a trip to Walmart to complete the order) Nachos come out for the second time, (horrible again). As I’m waiting for a employee to surface, I walked to the bar to order another beer. ( knowing it might be a few days before I get it, if I ask the waitress) FINALLY, I see the manager. Flag it down, (not sure if it’s a he/she) respectfully tell it what’s wrong with my nachos. It proceeds to point out with huge fake bedazzled nails where the cheese was. At this point I said, ok can you just help our waitress bring our food out. It’s been over an hour by now. It begins to flip its hair, rolls it’s eyes and begins so say( my kitchen only has 3 cooks) and walks away. I had to raise my voice to tell it to cancel our order. All it said was (thank you). This place is the absolute worst. We ordered two appetizers. One seemed to take forever and the other was nachos and arrived to our table with no cheese? We sent them back to get cheese put on the nachos because isn’t that what nachos are? Chips and cheese? Well the sever comes out to let us know it’s going to be extra to add cheese to nachos. How ridiculous does that sound right? Well our nachos come back once again with little to no cheese on them. We then called for the manger. The manager shows up with ridiculous nasty long nails working with food! (Very unsanitary) Then we point out to her there’s still no cheese for the second time and she decides to almost put her nasty long fake nail in our nachos trying to show us the little tiny drop of cheese the nachos did have. She wasn’t trying to be helpful or resolve the problem what’s so ever. Then my husband asks well if you don’t mind could you help the sever with our food we have been waiting a while. The manger immediately gets an attitude with husband. Puts her hands on her hips rolling her eyes at my husband telling him “she only has 3 cooks working” How is that the customers fault? Then she turns her back on us and walks away. I tell her I don’t appreciate the attitude and just responds “thank you.” How disgusting and disrespectful for a so called manger to talk to the customers like this and act like this. She can take her sassy attitude somewhere else because we don’t have the time or energy to deal with that. Oh and to add to all this they supposedly couldn’t sit us in the dinning area because the sever in that area was “new.” Again how is that the customers fault? My family and I (5ppl) arrived at 4pm, the place was empty, easily more than 7 empty booths and 12 empty tables, we were told it would be a 10-15 minute wait time to be seated, I asked why and they said they are doing shift change as well as having a meeting (poor planning on management in my opinion) we were finally seated and our waitress come over and immediately asked what we wanted to drink and then asked if we were ready to order when we were never even given menus, we looked at the menus for roughly 10 minutes because we have 3 kids and we were trying to get everyone lined out on what they wanted, when we were ready to order we noticed the waitress was standing by the door very relaxed and simply talking to a gentleman she clearly knew as a friend who was waiting for his to go order for a few minutes then she came & took our orders, after she walked away from out table she went straight back to talking to the gentleman instead of putting our order in the system, when our food finally arrived, which honestly the wait time wasn't as bad as I expected, my 3 kids ended up with 3 very over cooked blackened charcoal like burgers, and my wife didn't even get what she ordered, (obviously you don't send food back cause you may get something worse than you wanted without knowing), I have never seen people so relaxed and not really doing anything in a restaurant before, a lot of the staff were just leaning against things and talking to each other....
