My experience at this studio has been all around great. Each day, there is a variety of different classes offered. Ranging from yin yoga, power flow, and candle light meditation, there is something for whatever mood you are in, or goal you are trying to accomplish through yoga. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful and the instructors have all been receptive to questions and concerns I've raised throughout classes. Additionally, the rates are fair ($35 for unlimited yoga in your first two weeks). The crowd that frequents the studio seems to range in age and experience, and all classes acknowledge this variability by providing modifications to make postures easier or more challenging. At Asana Soul, I walked through the doors and immediately felt a sense of ease and welcome. The studio is clean, bright, and has beautifully painted walls. Everyone I've met who manages the reception desk is incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband, brand new to trying yoga, and myself, a more intermediate yogi, have been going to James' Basic Flow on Sunday mornings. His class is the perfect combination for mixed levels and he always offers variations. We leave feeling like we got in a great workout, yet still refreshed and relaxed.    Read moreI always enjoy the classes at Asana Soul Practice. I am not able to attend classes regularly, but still feel very at home and calm in the space each time I go. Even though each instructor has their own style of teaching, there is a cohesion in how they all promote self awareness and positive thinking throughout the practice. At Asana Soul Practice I feel that I am always able to do what is best for my body with out worrying about being the same as everyone around me ,and I can that participants are doing the same thing. Everyone focuses on their own practice instead of looking around the room seeking competition or fearing judgement. It is a very safe place to grow within your yoga practice....
