The eMazzanti team is truly exceptional. We have been doing business with them for about 3 years now and I haven't seen any other company with the customer service and professionalism that they provide. Over the years, no matter who we have come in to contact with from eMazzanti each and every individual has been phenomenal.

In the beginning when we first started using their services our team had a lot of questions. Everything was knew and many of us were not tech savvy in the slightest. We had an IT tech on site almost an entire day making sure everything was running smooth and explaining step by step what was going on and how to handle it. They would not leave the premises except possibly once just to get some food or coffee.

A few of the techs at one point or another provided their personal numbers in case of emergencies. Emergencies did happen and even on their day off they have answered. This was before my team became knowledgeable and comfortable on the protocol on who to reach out to depending on situation. The point is they went above and beyond any customer service you can ever receive.

Now about 3 years later and they are still just as dedicated. My business is in Times Square in NYC. It is imperative to have everything up and running ASAP in such an active area. This team has jumped on a train from New Jersey and showed up in every possible emergency. Regardless of weather, holidays, weekends, days or nights they have been there.

Not only have they shown up no matter the circumstances but they have done so with a smile on their face. It's such a pain free experience as it can be with some companies when trying to get customer assistance in any area of business. They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, dedicated and readily available. You can't go wrong with choosing eMazzanti for any of the services they provide.
