Extremely unprofessional and very poor service. Even though i missed one appointment with them, when i called to make an appointment again few days ago they lied to me on the phone that i have missed their appointment 5 times. I requested them to check their appointment book but they refused to check again and continued with their made up story that i missed my appointment 5 times. In reality, it's them who closed their facility early 2 times without notifying me and i had to find out by showing up on time for my appointment. If your looking for a spa like atmosphere this isn’t your place. If you want to talk to the ladies read all the current magazines and get to know the women doing your nails as people then this is great. Always extremely friendly but with that comes the tendency to get distracted answer phones blah blah making the process a bit slower.
