I have been using red light therapy + halotherapy and infrared sauna at Psyth Sauna for over a month now. It has really helped me with my eczema, respiratory allergies, immune health, stress, inflammation and sleep!! I always feel super rejuvenated after each session and look forward to my next session. Their facilities are always clean with friendly/helpful staff. They do provide clean towels, headbands and slippers for use there. Even a towel warmer and TV for entertainment! Scheduling an appointment was so easy and only takes one minute online.
