I came to LA nail salon on a Friday evening to get my nails done for my wedding the following day. The following day, all of my nails had bubbled. My wedding was out of state and there was nothing I could do about it, so they looked bad for the wedding. I called LA salon on Tuesday to let them know about what had happened. They said that I could come in and they would fix it. I came in on Tuesday evening, The nail technician was asked to buff and put a top coat on. At the completion of her buffing I could still see all of the bubble indents in my nails. I pointed this out and told them I think they needed to start from the beginning and finish. The male technician working there presented an attitude at this comment but reluctantly asked the technician to start from the beginning and redo them. The technician did take her time, And I felt she did a good and attentive job. I even felt bad that she would be jipped a tip because of this situation and gave her $10. When I woke up the following morning, Wednesday, all of the nails had bubbled again. I called the nail salon and let them know that I was still dissatisfied. And at this point after spending nearly 3 hours trying to get my nails done correctly I just wanted a refund. They denied me a refund. They told me that they had suggested to me that I needed to change the color on my nails so this wouldn't happen again. That was never suggested to me. This business accused me of lying. And that is not satisfactory. Instead they pointed the blame onto me, they blamed my nail or my choice of color. Something just does not seem right there. They denied my refund. They hung up on me. Read moreI've gotten my nails refilled 4 times at this salon. The first time I went I thought that the salon looked really nice and I didn’t have to wait very long at all. I was told $40 for a Gel refill yet when he finished he charged me $50! not happy! then while I was choosing a color he was frustrated with taking 2-4 minutes(rushed me to choose a color)...yet I arrived on time for my appointment and waited patiently for him to smoke and do something at the back of the salon. WE are the ones paying them for a service! I am always respectful and try to make conversation. Do not rush me!!! nails are worked on like if they are in rush. It hurts when they file my nails because they are so ruff. my cuticles are red and hurt when they are done. I've told them several times that I want the almond shape and I end up with the stiletto! also when I tell them to just file my nails down very little I end up with sort nails...ughhh!!! I clearly let the owners wife know this and she said "don't worry they’ll grow in two weeks. I hate how she does nails! Needs training! Today was my 4th and last refill at this location!! I was charged $55 for a gel refill. the lines are crooked and my nails were filed crooked. The gel is lifting off several nails within 30min of walking out of the salon & when I went back to get them fixed I ws blamed for the back work that was done. I'm done! I'll let them fix the issues and never go back...not for me. no more wasting my money and time. stations need to be cleaned and equipment is not sanitized! Need...

But anyways that is not the point , i went there with my kids to get there feet and nails done. the younger workers did a great job with their feet , and the owner she did my kids nails , They came out nice and cute. But my daughter showed the man that was doing her nails how she wanted it . how it came out was not like the picture . Short and Square with a design with it. The man did not do it right it came out ugly and nothing like the picture she wanted . so i went to him and told him she did not like it and for them to remove it and if they removed it , it will be a extra 60$ or 50$ we told them she did not like it and they said we would have to pay extra. The owner then started taking pictures of my daughter and she ducked her head down. and she told me. I asked her "what are you doing on ur phone." She did proceeded to say "Do i have to tell you what i am doing." i said "Yes because you are taking photos or pictures of my daughter." You are not allowed to do that without my consent , you can get sued for doing that . And then i was waiting for my daughter and overheard her talking about what had happened to another costumer .
